13th Oct 2017 (8 years ago)Our flat was on the market for 9 months, our experience was up and down with selling with castlehead. I feel like we could have been listened more, issues would have been resovled sooner. Job done in end, house sold in the end????

She did the full job of getting our mortgage in place within a week where first mortgages in Glasgow wouldn't even reply to an email for 6 months. I'd highly recommend the mortgage advice service at Allen and Harris Paisley.
24th Apr 2026 (10 weeks ago)Chris, Ghelia and the team were fantastic. This was the first time I had put a property on the market, and they took their time explaining the process to me. Made me feel at ease and listened to any concerns I had. They were also honest and transparent with how much I could sell my home for, and believed it would sell for the price I had in mind and would sell well, which is what you want when putting your home on the market. The process was easy and smooth. I would 100% use them in the future!

Her friendly and professional manner is something I find lacking in most companies lately. Keeping me in the loop even when there isn’t much to update me on is greatly appreciated.<br><br>Genuinely an excellent representative to slayer Hogg.

11th Dec 2025 (6 mo. ago)Don’t understand the criteria of application. My son, owns his own business , his wife & 5 really well mannered level headed kids applied for a property after viewing to be told the “owner” decided they were not suitable? No credit searches, no full application only how many occupants. Is this discrimination against have a large family and assuming they’re reliant on benefits? He has private rented for some 15 years and never missed a payment. Maybe Clyde should work a bit harder to satisfy owners & renters.

I cannot praise Lynsey and Robert for all they're professional helpful and friendly service. Highly recommended!- 5th Jun 2026 (30 days ago)I have used Pennylane for a number of years to look after a rented flat and they are by far the best agent I have used. When I decided to sell Christine and Chanice were excellent arranging everything from pictures to survey, dealing with viewings and all with a pleasant and professional manner. Even when we experienced a couple of difficulties they never became negative and strived relentlessly for a solution. The whole company are very professional and I would happily recommend.

I originally bought my house via Lesley too & had such a good buyer experience that I knew I wanted to use her whenever it came time to sell! Great advice from her from preparing the house for the sale to viewings to offers. My property was well marketed & looked amazingly done in the pictures. I got a closing date & multiple offers well over asking! Cant thank her enough for a really positive selling experience & highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable hard working estate agent.

We sold our home this year and Scott guided us through the entire process from day one, giving us excellent tips to get the house market-ready. The photographer did a first-class job, leaving us with beautiful photos to remember our home by. Mark, the viewing specialist, was also incredible—he kept us updated constantly and used his natural skills to manage viewers and close the sale. Highly recommended!
