My mortgage advisor (Alana) was great, she walked me through the process in our first meeting and it really helped demystify the whole thing for a first time buyer like me. Additionally, the viewing agent was really friendly and helpful, with a good amount of local knowledge. Overall I’m really happy with the service I received from Alan & Harris Paisley and would totally recommend.

We agreed that I would authorise with Brutish Gas through my home care contract. Morgan reacted quickly letting the tenant know and the repair happened within 24 hours. My son, owns his own business , his wife & 5 really well mannered level headed kids applied for a property after viewing to be told the “owner” decided they were not suitable? No credit searches, no full application only how many occupants. Is this discrimination against have a large family and assuming they’re reliant on benefits? He has private rented for some 15 years and never missed a payment. Maybe Clyde should work a bit harder to satisfy owners & renters.
