   We couldn’t recommend Stobart & Hurrell highly enough after they handled the sale of our home.<br><br>Having lived there for over 11 years, selling the house and moving on was a huge step for us as a family, and from the very beginning the team were fantastic. They were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and, most importantly, always there when we needed them.<br><br>The whole process was handled brilliantly. Communication was excellent throughout, we were kept informed at every stage, and whenever the inevitable stresses of moving house cropped up, we always felt we had someone on our side helping to keep things moving.<br><br>What really stood out was the personal service. From our first contact & meeting with Fin, who is a credit to the team, never have I met such an enthusiastic and personable representative of an estate agency.<br><br>I also want to thank Oli & Zak, always there, whenever needed.<br><br>We never felt like just another house on the market, they genuinely cared about the sale and about getting us to the finish line.<br><br>After 11 very happy years in our home, it was quite emotional handing over the keys and closing that chapter, but we couldn’t have asked for a better team to help us do it.<br><br>A huge thank you to everyone at Stobart & Hurrell.    It has to be said that this delightful estate agent sets an industry standard that all other estate agents should aspire to! For around a year, and using one initial small agent then a national agent, I was endeavouring to sell my lovely home. Sadly their efforts were mediocre and the national agent was ridiculous - peppered with mistakes all through the six months I was with them. Then a friend persuaded me to consider Seftons as they had just sold two houses fairly quickly with them. How I wish I had used them first! The difference from day one was incredible and so refreshing. A wonderful, enthusiastic team, superb photography, outstanding marketing ( including the best floor plan I had seen) and a real understanding of pairing the right people with the property. After a few viewings I very quickly had a really good offer which I accepted. Now here’s where they outdid themselves. Due to problems at the bottom of the chain and many delays, Seftons were constantly following up and chasing on my behalf throughout the whole process. They were answering questions that my solicitors could not which was very reassuring. A huge thank you to the whole team with a special mention to Suzanne and Charlotte for their unwavering support.
