26th Oct 2026 (1 day ago)Overcharged me commission and vat on what they had valued my property at and not what they had sold it at Plus charged me for money laundering checks which I had already paid solicitor... I did not agree this. I have never heard of any one paying commission and vat on what the house is valued at if they sell it at a lower price you should pay commission and vat on what it is sold out... Have called several times to speak to branch manager he is always in a meeting.. Jack has not had decency to call me or reply to my emails... One very unhappy customer who is out of pocket

She helped and managed the process of the purchase of our home and was helpful, friendly, professional and proactive at all times. Any queries were answered and resolved quickly and efficiently. Thank you Leonie!- 21st Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)I was already on with another agent when Cubitt & West said they could do better and get more than the asking price. They served up few prospective buyers and I received poor / below-the-asking-price offers. They said they had a queue of people lined up to buy the property and access to a wider market through their over 60’s affiliates. That never transpired. They erected a sold board when the property hadn’t sold which confused other people that were going to view the property through my other agent. They were not at all effective. I’d never go back to them again.
13th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)Homes Partnership were realistic in their valuation of my property rather than giving inflated figures to get the business and then asking you to reduce the price to enable the property to be sold. Their adverts are good including giving a 360 degree tour of the property. They promote the property well and give regular feedback on the number of online views as well as physical viewings.<br>Will use again
