12th May 2026 (15 weeks ago)Initially found the team to be professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful prior to signing the contract. However, the experience deteriorated quickly afterward. Communication has been extremely poor and often unresponsive, with commitments made that were not followed through. Overall, the service has felt disorganized and significantly below expectations for a letting management agent. The property continues to be shown in its current condition, which raises questions about their standards and oversight. Additionally, their knowledge of the local area appeared limited, which further reduced confidence in their ability to manage effectively. Based on my experience, I would not recommend using them for lettings.

10th Jul 2026 (6 weeks ago)I can not recommend Swan Estate Agency in Crawley highly enough and, genuinely, I am not able to thank the director Jonathon and the whole team, enough for everything they have done with outstanding professionalism, dedication,support and genuine care<br><br>A very special thank you goes to Donna who was simply exceptional ,always going above and beyond what could be expected, even taking the time to reply to one of my emails in her day off, on an early Sunday morning...<br>Donna handled a complex, lengthy situation with remarkable calm, clear and prompt communication and expertise from start to finish<br>No matter how many obstacles arose, Donna and Jonathon, whose extremely knowledgeable, valuable expertise was often required and priceless, remained proactive, patient,responsive and a genuine customer care, together with unwavering professionalism, was always shown.<br><br>The whole situation , from start to finish, elapsed for over 3 months during which time the work ethic remained as strong as it was on day one, never diminished<br><br>Thank you Jonathon for your invaluable, instrumental help, skilled assistance , constant support and again a special thank you to Donna who followed the situation from the outset, she was amazing<br><br>As a property owner who had a serious and pretty lengthy problem with her rented flat I couldn't have found a better agency, they turned a difficult experience into one in which, both the Tenant and I, always felt supported, reassured and constantly updated<br><br>I can not praise all of them enough , simply outstanding<br>Thank you again

27th Jul 2026 (27 days ago)My partner and I had a viewing booked for Sunday at 11:30am, with both a verbal and email confirmation. Unfortunately, we were running 10-15 minutes late due to road closures, so we made multiple attempts to contact the agent/office but no one answered. We arrived around 11:45am, which was still within our viewing slot but no one was there. We waited outside for a further 15 minutes while repeatedly calling the office, but received no response. The estate agent made NO attempt to contact us, despite having our contact details. We even called their East Grinstead branch but they were unable to help.<br><br>To make matters worse, they emailed afterwards claiming the agent had been waiting inside the property for 25 minutes. If that's true, they must have arrived significantly earlier than the agreed 11:30am appointment to make up their supposed "25 minutes" because we arrived at 11:45am. Regardless, the issue isn't how long the agent claims they waited – it's that nobody attempted to contact us at any stage, despite us repeatedly trying to get hold of them. A simple phone call would have avoided this situation.<br><br>I travelled from West London specifically for this viewing, investing both time and money, only to be met with an astonishing lack of communication and customer service. You'd be far better off dealing with Astons or Connells, who at least understand the importance of basic communication and respect for their customers' time.
21st Aug 2026 (2 days ago)I was already on with another agent when Cubitt & West said they could do better and get more than the asking price. They served up few prospective buyers and I received poor / below-the-asking-price offers. They said they had a queue of people lined up to buy the property and access to a wider market through their over 60’s affiliates. That never transpired. They erected a sold board when the property hadn’t sold which confused other people that were going to view the property through my other agent. They were not at all effective. I’d never go back to them again.

22nd May 2026 (13 weeks ago)We rented through them for 6+ years so know them well. Apart from Sue who worked in there Crawley office I would not trust them to rent out my dog house. Absolutely a nightmare.
7th Jun 2026 (11 weeks ago)Very good experience at first. The floor plan was inaccurate however wasn't changed. We kept being pushed to lower the asking price (which they set). In 3 and a half months with them they didn't arrange even 1 viewing. So we changed the agency.

4th Aug 2026 (19 days ago)Extremely disappointed. Maintenance and repairs take far too long to be addressed, even when raised as urgent. When issues pose potential safety risks or hazards to tenants, they still fail to take prompt action. Tenant safety and basic upkeep should be a priority, but their lack of responsiveness has made living here frustrating and concerning. Would not recommend.<br>Just to add up ,when contractors finally arrive, the work is consistently left incomplete and below a professional standard.
