What really stood out to me was that Amber did not see this as just a job or a technical issue. She recognised that there was a person behind the situation, with worries and concerns, and she always approached things with genuine care and consideration. I was dealing with a very stressful situation with many issues regarding the flat, including a recurring roof leak. Amber kindly said that she would take this matter on and follow it up, which lifted a huge weight from my shoulders. That support meant a lot to me.
