   We had a really positive experience with William H Brown selling our flat and particularly with Matt, who looked after us through the latter part of the sale.<br><br>Matt was always friendly, approachable and helpful, and was great at keeping in touch and helping to keep things moving. He was always happy to answer questions or chase things up for us when needed.<br><br>We also dealt with Matt while looking for our new home and really appreciated his approach. He was helpful and knowledgeable without ever being pushy, and gave us plenty of time and space to look around and make our own decisions.<br><br>Buying and selling at the same time can be stressful, so it really helped having someone so easy to deal with throughout it all.<br><br>Thanks so much to Matt and the team for all their help getting our sale over the line!...    Very disappointed from the service provided you can't make it up. Went to view a property last Saturday, the estate agent couldn't open the door so we had to leave. Then the office sent us a text two days later asking if we liked the property. How can we like a property we were unable to enter and how do you not know this happened. So unprofessional clearly no communication and I think the worst part was no one apologised! So poor.... Read more

   A quick message in support of Peter Cuffaro and his team. I wasn’t even buying my house through Peter, but a friend recommended I chat to him while we were going through conveyancing hurdles and his guidance and support was exceptional. He took time to speak with me on multiple occasions, gave me practical advice to power through road blocks with solicitors, and is overall clearly an expert in his field. If I were in the position to buy or sell again I would absolutely give Pete a call based on the first class support he gave me totally out of the goodness of his heart.... Read more
