He was always happy to answer questions or chase things up for us when needed.<br><br>We also dealt with Matt while looking for our new home and really appreciated his approach. He was helpful and knowledgeable without ever being pushy, and gave us plenty of time and space to look around and make our own decisions.<br><br>Buying and selling at the same time can be stressful, so it really helped having someone so easy to deal with throughout it all.<br><br>Thanks so much to Matt and the team for all their help getting our sale over the line!

After trying to sell our house with other estate agents, Richard Williams managed to find us a buyer and was fantastic from start to finish.<br><br>Richard really went the extra mile for us. He guided us through the whole process, kept us updated, helped move things along when needed and genuinely felt like he was holding our hands all the way through to completion.<br><br>He was always easy to get hold of, both in the office and on his mobile, and if I ever missed him he would call me back very quickly.
