Their knowledge of the local market really stood out and gave me confidence that I was in good hands. 9th Jun 2019 (6 years ago)Do not trust this company. We dealt with the previous iteration of the owners company and are now being left to clean up their mess. We should have gotten rid of them sooner.... leaving this review in the hope that other landlords won’t have to deal with the loss of over £2000 in rental payments plus the stress of figuring out what to do with our tenant now... even with the loss of rent I still may have left a good review if Amanda and Craig has worked with us to help figure things out (or even provide the tenants details) but the only response to any communication that we have is to essentially gloat that their old company doesn’t exist and there is no recourse for us. 16th Jan 2026 (16 weeks ago)Had the privilege of working with Scott who helped me greatly in setting my property up initially as I purchased it on auction and so it was quite dilapidated and he helped in organising the refurbishment and brining it up to compliance. Further down the line I also had the privilege of working with Alex who helped me a great deal with giving me a fair and honest assessment of so many properties and the areas, and gave me very sound sincere advise on which to go for and which not to. He did a good analysis on rental projections. Overall it has been wonderful working with Zone Lettings as a whole.

From the outset, communication was prompt, clear, and consistent, and we were kept well informed throughout the entire process. They were always at hand by phone and email. The local office very useful to be able to pop in when needed. Our first meeting with Lyndsay was for the valuation. It was far more than just putting a price on the property, she took the time to understand our needs and provided thoughtful, informed advice about the process ahead. Her approach struck a balance between profession and a personal touch. Elaine was equally helpful, always quick to respond and offer reassurance when needed. With young children and pets, coordinating viewings could have been challenging, but the team made it easy. They worked with us to create a schedule that suited our routines and always provided plenty of notice. The photos and floorplan were handled by a professional photographer who did an excellent job with both the photography and floorplan. We were very pleased with how the property was presented. Communication was one of the standout aspects of the experience. We received regular updates on viewings, and all materials were reviewed with us first. The team were considerate in choosing how to communicate, using email when appropriate and picking up the phone when needed. They liaised efficiently with all parties involved and helped ensure a smooth process. Most importantly, we felt genuinely supported by a team that listened, guided us thoughtfully, and remained fully engaged from start to finish. No impersonal web portal, just real people, ready to help. The house sold quickly, and we couldn’t be happier with the way NEST handled the sale.

Staff were amazing and so efficient, special thanks to Eileen, Aileen and Lynn. Would highly recommend using this firm to deal with any legal matters as they provide a professional, friendly and efficient service

Can only assume this as they recommended I offer 15% above HR, or 31% above their advertised price for a property that had only been on the market less than 24 hours. And they wonder why the property market is an over inflated mess! Also had to view the property in the presence of other buyers who were very late, but still allowed to impede on our viewing. Wasn’t impressed!
11th Mar 2026 (8 weeks ago)My wife and I recently sold our house and moved to a new home in Ayr. It had been nearly 10 years since our last house move and the most stressful of things to do. I have moved about half a dozen times over the years and I can honestly say I have never found an estate agent that I trusted. The majority seemed only interested in making money from you with little input or effort. I have used a good few and all been the same. This time I noticed some new options in the market and we reached out to Belmont Property. All I can say is I am so glad that we did. The service from this dedicated, knowledgeable bunch of honest hard working guys was absolutely superb, night and day to all the rest. They genuinely care about you, they were in no rush, taking time to answer all your questions and concerns, they talk common sense and not nonsense, They give you an honest opinion and there set up from house survey to home report, the fantastic use of the enhanced marketing and drone survey to them actually arranging and doing all your viewings and negotiations for you is superb. What they discussed with us was exactly what played out, what they said we could maximise and achieve was exactly what we did, the way they market the asking price in relation to the home report value was 100% accurate and had viewers coming in numbers despite it being in December. Our house was effectively sold in 2 days. They believe in doing all the work and earning what you are paying them and on top of this gave us good advice on our purchase too. From what I have seen online, with the amount of properties selling fast, then I am not on my own. I cannot emphasise how genuine, how knowledgeable and how lovely this team is at Belmont Property. I can guarantee nobody comes close. To add to this, having seen some distasteful posts from other firms on FB, they conduct themselves with modesty and dignity too. They are the Leo Messi of Estate Agents in Ayrshire and you would be crazy to choose anyone else. Massive thanks to Richard, Barry, Donna & Stephanie. 5 star doesn't do it justice

On behalf of my family we would like to thank her for removing much of the stress and worry over selling my late father’s home. She provided expert advice and guidance and his house sold in 5 days for an excellent price. The service provided was exceptional and personal. This is a lady who knows the market and more importantly genuinely cares for all of her customers, buyers and sellers alike.

The staff in Airdrie and Glasgow are all very helpful and I know that my property is in safe hands with them dealing with the day to day management of it. They are also very quick dealing with re marketing when a new tenant is required.
