26th Sep 2023 (2 years ago)An initial great pitch full of the most attractive of promises. The positives stop their from my experience with Corum Clarkston. During the sale of my property I was handed off from one staff member to the next. Their poor communication and substandard supply chain meant taking over a week to get on to the market. The team failed to meet a basic accessibility request for a viewer and struggle to get viewers feedback. Do not be lured in by their premium feel, its an illusion, best go for another agent who deliver the exact same service only deliver it better.
20th Nov 2024 (1 year ago)The service received from Paul of Property Angels could not be faulted in any manner. Both properties sold quickly at values accurately predicted by Paul. His interaction with all parties involved did make the sales proceedure an easy process.

5th Sep 2023 (2 years ago)Was so disappointed with the carry out as 1st time and got prices on line which apparently have not been updated ordered veg pakora chicken pakora and poppadoms and spiced onions £18.96 when I queried this she said it was 2 poppadoms and spiced onions it's not the best experience as the prices are very much more expensive 6.99 chicken pakora and 5.99 for veg pakora 2.99 poppadoms and spiced onions. Only exotic thing about this place is the prices. UPDATE After owners reply STILL no update on prices and as previously mentioned the poppadoms and spiced onions come together what they need to mention that a portion is 2 poppadoms broken up as when I ordered 2 poppadoms and spiced onions got the equivalent of 4 poppadoms at 5.98 so this needs to be clearer on the menu also as how many poppadoms do you need for 2 people.

18th Mar 2026 (7 weeks ago)I recently completed the purchase of our 2-bed home in Canning Town with Stephen from Samuel King, and I honestly couldn’t recommend him more highly. From start to finish, Stephen was exceptional. He was proactive, transparent, and always one step ahead throughout the entire process. Buying a property can be stressful, but he made everything feel smooth and manageable, keeping us informed at every stage and always being available to answer questions. What really stood out was his attention to detail and genuine commitment to getting things over the line. He coordinated seamlessly with all parties involved and handled any issues quickly and professionally, which made a huge difference in keeping things on track. A great example of this was following our Level 2 survey, where a number of repairs were flagged that couldn’t realistically be completed before exchange. Stephen stepped in and negotiated on our behalf to secure compensation from the seller instead, making sure we were properly covered. That level of support and advocacy made a big difference and gave us real confidence throughout the process. It’s rare to come across someone so reliable and easy to work with in this process. If you’re looking to buy or sell, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Stephen and the team at Samuel King. A genuinely 5-star experience.

We were given great advice and could not be happier with the service and with the communication from the staff as a whole. Dealt with Sandra Burton (solicitor) and the transaction for the house sale went through without any hitches. Would highly recommend dealing with them for your house sale from start to finish. 7th Apr 2026 (5 weeks ago)neighbour recommended Hemmings Homes to us and we are extremely pleased with the service they provided on the sale of our home. They responded swiftly to our initial enquiry and Craig came to see us the following day. From photographs and home report to our house being sold took less than a week and we cannot praise all the Hemmings staff enough. Everyone was knowledgeable, kind and professional. Special thanks to Elaine for keeping us fully informed and Boden and Max for their photography and social media skills. Their advice is invaluable and we would highly recommend them.

There were a few issues along the way and it was a particularly long process with buying and selling (through absolutely no fault of Gavin or Arrowhead ), and Gavin kept us up to date and advised throughout and was particularly helpful getting things over the line as our deadline approached. Would highly recommend using Gavin and his team and would use them ourselves if we’re ever brave enough to move again. Thanks to all.
