17th Jul 2023 (2 years ago)Efficient and helpful. We were with multiagency (2 estate agents) and only with Andrew's less than a week before we accepted an offer from a buyer introduced by our original estate agent. However I would recommend Andrew's for their professionalism and local knowledge.

3rd Aug 2025 (7 mo. ago)We decided to sell when there was a lull in the property market. Avon carried out as much advertising of the property as they could. They kept in contact throughout this time. Sale not quite completed yet but on the whole everything has been good.

14th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)We have recently purchased our beautiful new home through Butler Sherborn, Burford office. We dealt with Henry and cannot recommend the service he provided highly enough. He was polite, proactive and communicated with us throughout the whole process…. Nothing was too much trouble and all our questions were answered promptly. The whole team at Burford were friendly and professional always passing our messages on and getting back to us with any answers. On completion we received a beautiful card and gift adding to the personal touch provided throughout the whole experience. Many thanks to the entire team!

Me and my wife have been viewing multiple properties over the last few weeks with some terrible estate agents with various companies, it was a complete breath of fresh air meeting with Sebastian Poole from the Solihull branch. He was confident, polite and knowledgeable with all details of the property and area. Every question we asked was answered fully I've been growing tired of estate agents showing us around properties without basic knowledge of the property and area. I would recommend anyone looking for properties in the Solihull area to ask for him personally! Thank you Sebastian for your help you are a credit to Burchell Edwards! Kind Regards Jo & Matt Bowen
2nd Aug 2025 (7 mo. ago)I had a really good experience selling my flat with Sam. First of all he gave an honest and realistic valuation based on his detailed knowledge of the market and the local area. Secondly he wasted no time in getting the flat on the market and getting viewings. And thirdly his communication is second to none - given that he's a one man band, he's much more responsive than the big high street estate agents whether by phone or email. Finally, despite some delays and hiccups with solicitors he was constantly on the ball chasing things through and making sure I was up to date with the latest situation, likewise staying in contact with the buyer. Again, if I had been dealing with one of the bigger estate agents I'm somewhat doubtful that the sale would have gone through. Top marks!

19th May 2025 (9 mo. ago)In the beginning I was treated with keenness but once the property was advertised I received no feedback and had to keep chasing. I wasn’t even told I had a viewing which for me just added to the nonchalance of the overall experience. Sadly I feel quite disappointed by CJ Hole and would not consider using them again or recommending them.
19th Feb 2026 (28 days ago)Ashley of EweMove was helpful, knowledgeable and enthusiastic from day one. Everything he said would happen, did. We sold in 5 weeks after lots of viewings and interest. Just how the property was advertised on Rightmove was different in terms of pictures and description. The property had previously been on the market with multiple Agents for 100+ weeks.

16th Feb 2026 (4 weeks ago)Buyer experience. My advice would be to not work with this agency if you’d like to buy a property. The whole process is not transparent enough and they are working exclusively to satisfy their seller. They went behind our back to ask our estate agent / buyer to confirm the date of moving whilst still not confirming an accepted offer and awaiting/evaluating other offers meanwhile. Very disappointing and cheeky.<br>My own experience has been you’re better off going to auction to buy a property than working with them under their bid model. They require written offers and a lot of details and they go to check all of the information and then they tell you yes or no. You are in a process which is anything but inviting cooperation/agreement, is rather dictating sellers terms.<br>Otherwise property was well presented by the agency with a lot of details and accommodating regarding schedule/viewings. Thanks- This agent doesn't have any reviews

He was incredibly efficient, helpful, and always quick to respond to any questions I had. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him, and he made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Compared to another agency in Chippy I dealt with, the service I received here—particularly from Alfie—was far superior. I truly appreciated his professionalism, reliability, and the genuine care he showed. Highly recommended!
