26th Mar 2026 (21 weeks ago)The most useless company to deal with with the most unprofessional staff .I have been chasing my tenancy deposit for the past one month ,3 months after I left the apartment but effort is not paying off. I have called several time but they wont pick their calls and if they ever pick the call ,the manager is not always on seat ,they won't reply your email. If there is anything less than 1 star.i would not hesitate for one moment to do that.

17th Jul 2024 (2 years ago)The sale of my flat was a long process through no fault of Naylor Powell, but they kept me informed throughout and were on the ball with regards to chasing my solicitor and keeping me updated. The whole process from start to finish was brilliant, from initial valuation to completion. The whole team were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Excellent service!- 1st Jul 2026 (8 weeks ago)Really poor communication buyer did not have mortgage in principle. They also were first time buyers and we werent told when the first time buyer isa matured. We had a roofer turn up at the house wanting ro assess our roof. This is after a level 3 survey and estate agent allowed this. We also lost our deposit of £1k for onward rental because estate agent wouldnt communicate we needed to complete on a certain date. Would never recommend the Abbeymead branch to anyone!

At times have been able to chase all sides in order to get things moving. We believe they made what at times was stressful somewhat easier.<br>We would recommend Farr and Farr to anyone thinking of moving.

We were kept informed every step of the way, viewing requests were dealt with quickly & we received feedback for each one. Once a buyer was found they liaised with us, the buyer & solicitors quickly & efficiently helping the process go as smoothly as a property sale can. A big thank you goes to the whole team!

From start to finish, she has been absolutely outstanding throughout what turned into a very long and often challenging nine-month house-moving journey.<br><br>Stef was professional, proactive, and incredibly supportive every step of the way. She kept us informed throughout the process, was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns, and went above and beyond to keep everything moving forward. Her communication was exceptional, and she consistently chased things up when needed, making what could have been an even more stressful experience so much easier to manage.<br><br>What really stood out was Stef’s dedication, patience, and genuine care. It always felt like she was fully invested in helping us achieve the best outcome, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble. They failed to disclose important information, were inappropriately pushy, very dismissiveof our needs and feelings, Forwarded our private messages to the sellers to pressure us into dropping certain issues, dismissively telling us to accept faults because "it isn't a new build." On completion day, we were ignored by the directors, the staff had a "very off" vibe like oh god this is them, our congratulations card wasn't even signed. Definitely an agent for if you want to sell not for first time buyer. They lack basic and professional standards and courtesy.

26th Jul 2026 (28 days ago)We signed up with AJ Estate Agents earlier this year when we were selling our house. We cannot praise AJ and her team highly enough. They were all incredibly professional, efficient and helpful, and their communication was excellent. They did a great job on advertising our property too. We had one private potential buyer prior to engaging AJ. Initially they lost a bidding war with several of AJ's clients, but the first buyers sadly had to withdraw. We ended up going with our private buyers and AJ was very gracious about this. We highly recommend AJ and her great team. However large or small your property, you will get a 5 star service from these lovely people.
