Callum Jones dealt with matters and was always available to discuss matters. He and Richard Murray gave us good, clear considered advice at every point of the transaction and liaised with the buyers at key points to ensure matters went smoothly. They also have excellent local knowledge and produced a very impressive sale package. The whole team is highly professional, pleasant to deal with and my sister and I felt able to trust them to produce the right result. We would highly recommend them.

From the first management of the bidding process to the handover of the keys on completion Tom’s was a calm and reassuring voice. We are confident that he served the Vendors well but from the moment our offer was accepted we felt he was on our side too. The very few issues were smoothly managed. A personal touch throughout.
7th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)Hamptons - and, in, particular, Rupert -were always very helpful. I may use them again. I think, however, that they are more appropriate for selling more expensive houses than Cartreff.
16th Feb 2026 (4 weeks ago)We found the branch very organised and helpful. The company has a good communication system that keeps you up-to-date with developments. Once we found a buyer, they seemed eager to get the deal settle regardless of the low offer. This left us wondering why pay a higher commission when any other estate agency would have sold the property too for a much lower asking price. Anyway, we sold the property and it was all trouble free.
16th Feb 2023 (3 years ago)Fantastic team, everyone I dealt with was lovely. They sold my property without fuss. It was a difficult move for me and I had so much support, they really did go the extra mile. I also found them honest which was not what I experienced with other agents in the town when it came to purchasing. They will take time to present your property with expert photos, and will find you the right buyer, they will listen to you, they will guide you and they will support you. I can't rate them highly enough.
10th Jan 2026 (10 weeks ago)Not happy with the service that I have received... I have been searching for new-build shared ownership scheme houses for a little while and came across the Mill Lane houses as published by Allen & Harris. These houses are on a first-come, first-served basis, and seeing as this upload was within one hour of the last time I had checked, I believed I was in a great position to secure one of these houses. After submitting my interest, I received a phone call at 14:24 on Monday the 5th to obtain general information about the property, confirm my interest, and book an appointment with a mortgage advisor. I was informed that I would be sent a link to complete my affordability assessment and that, if successful, I would be added to the list to secure one of these houses. I emailed later the same day at 16:16 asking about the link, as I had not received anything, and requested that it be sent. After receiving no response, I then received a call on Friday the 9th from the mortgage advisor, Jamie, confirming my mortgage advisory appointment for Saturday the 10th at 13:00. With respect to Jamie, I am very thankful for his open and honest conversation, during which we discussed the fact that I had not received the link and that this had likely significantly hindered my chances of securing a property on Mill Lane. Jamie offered his apologies and said his colleague would get in contact with me regarding the link, with the hope of resolving the issue and potentially restoring my rightful place on the list. When Saturday the 10th arrived, I received an email at 9:13 AM containing the link, dated the 5th of January. I have checked all email folders, including junk, spam, and others, and this email was never received. Based on this, I requested a copy or attachment of the original email allegedly sent on the 5th so that I could confirm it had actually been sent rather than merely drafted. This was never provided, which leads me to believe that the email was drafted on the 5th but never sent. Additionally, if the email had been sent previously, there would normally be an email chain, meaning the email I received on the 10th would have been a follow-up. This was not the case. This brings me to my current position. We have had some back and forth communication, and I have expressed my disappointment with how this situation has been handled. As a result of this error, I am now too far down the list to justify submitting an application, with no meaningful apology or plan to rectify the situation. This has resulted in continued 2+ hour daily travel for work, all due to a link not being sent—despite me emailing to request it. As stated, I am extremely unhappy with how this has been handled. While I appreciate that this may seem like a small mistake, it has cost me this opportunity and my trust in the business. Screenshots will be attached shortly as evidence, and I truly hope nobody else has to go through this experience.

We were a 2 hour drive from Chipping Campden and the local knowledge and expertise of Ellie and the team were a huge help in finding the right house. They know Chipping Campden inside out and could tell us everything about local facilities and services. They were also brilliant in getting the sale through - getting paperwork, chasing solicitors and keeping everything moving. If we were selling (we're not) we would use Peter Clarke.
3rd Nov 2025 (19 weeks ago)If it wasn't for Max and his team I am not sure I would have managed my sale and purchase. We had a rough time with Solicitors and Max guided us through all of it. I have already passed his details onto friends and family and they are also very pleased with the service they are getting. Talk about going the extra mile I am glad Max was on our team!

6th Jan 2026 (10 weeks ago)CBSlade already had a buyer lined up for my house. It sold very quickly, I was told it was with a cash buyer. After about 6-8 weeks I hadn't heard anything I contacted Slade only to be told he was now looking for a mortgage. I was never kept up to date I always had to chase him. I felt like CBSlade didn't care about the sale of my house he only wanted to keep the Builder happy who was buying my house. This particular builder buys and sells through CBSlade so he was always looked after NOT ME. From the day the builder said he would have my house until we completed took 8 months. Far too long. DO NOT USE THIS ESTATE AGENT

This proved to be well merited as I found Belvoir Evesham to be a highly professional and experienced team to work with. Rob really understands the property market and demonstrates a real passion for the business and supporting his clients. He has been a great partner throughout the process of renting a property. I would highly recommend Belvoir Evesham and work with them again.

Great communication throughout as well, with a genuine sense of urgency when it was needed. Low fees compared to the bigger firms in Herefordshire but a much more personable service and better outcome

It was a big move for us, and the process could not have been smoother or more pleasant — communication was excellent from start to finish. We felt strongly that our vendor was as sympathetically and respectfully treated as we were, and this meant a lot to us. All in all we had an absolutely great experience with Brooks Bliss and could not be happier in our new home.
8th Oct 2025 (23 weeks ago)Terrible customer service. No support whatsoever. Instead of helping with disabled adaptations, they stonewall and make thing almost impossible to get things done. They don't reply to messages and generally don't seem to care ,especially if you are elderly, vulnerable or disabled

They advised on how to prepare our home for marketing and provided great advertising media. As the process flowed through to a successful sale they kept us informed and provided support and advice at every stage.
