Been great communication with liaising with myself and tenants to arrange access to jobs, and after care. I speak as a contractor and tenants I’ve met have said she a great asset to the company and enjoy having her as my contact to deal with home cloud clients. Absolute delight. Look forward to carrying our relationship in the 2022 year as she progresses to be a great co-ordinator to myself and tenants… Go Gemma
30th Jan 2026 (14 weeks ago)James Murray from the Painswick office spent much of the day with us viewing some excellent properties that they were marketing. James made us extremely relaxed and using his extensive property knowledge pointed out many details that we would have missed. I will definately be recommending Murrays to friends wishing to purchase in the Stroud valleys.

In our opinion Geordie went over and above with his constant communication with all parties in the chain, which assisted us during exchange and completion. Geordie was proactive during the whole process and we would definitely recommend him as an excellent estate agent.- 14th Feb 2026 (12 weeks ago)We have recently purchased our beautiful new home through Butler Sherborn, Burford office. We dealt with Henry and cannot recommend the service he provided highly enough. He was polite, proactive and communicated with us throughout the whole process…. Nothing was too much trouble and all our questions were answered promptly. The whole team at Burford were friendly and professional always passing our messages on and getting back to us with any answers. On completion we received a beautiful card and gift adding to the personal touch provided throughout the whole experience. Many thanks to the entire team!

19th May 2025 (11 mo. ago)In the beginning I was treated with keenness but once the property was advertised I received no feedback and had to keep chasing. I wasn’t even told I had a viewing which for me just added to the nonchalance of the overall experience. Sadly I feel quite disappointed by CJ Hole and would not consider using them again or recommending them.

From the initial advice about preparing the property for marketing, through the numerous accompanied viewings they arranged, to securing a satisfactory offer and ultimately a sale they kept us informed throughout. Its a conscientious ‘go the extra mile’ service you get from what is a family run business. They are approachable, always return calls, and importantly their commission is very competative. I have no hesitation in recommmending CJ Hole, Hucclecote.- This agent doesn't have any reviews

13th Jan 2026 (17 weeks ago)Edited to reply: I'm sorry Andrew but I haven't had anyone visit about the mould previously you must be referring to previous tenants. I have only ever had visits for radiator issues, a broken cupboard door and the routine inspections. I have never actually been at home for an inspection either. I have also had no email contact with you, only Amy and Luka whereby I am lucky if they respond without me double emailing them. A contractor did visit on the weekend and said there are numerous issues that should have been addressed a long time ago. Can I also ask, if you were aware there were mould issues a long time ago why this has never been mentioned and why was there such a delay in rectifying the problem?I can assure you that any 'poor ventilation' is through no fault of our own given that we purchased a dehumidifier, keep the radiator on every day and have the bathroom window open constantly. Currently a tenant and the communication is horrendous. I have been chasing up a mould issue for over 2 months and I'm lucky to get a response let alone someone be sent out. I've had to contact environmental health as my emails are often ignored. Such a shame as they were initially super helpful when moving in. I'd personally avoid.
