I was a remote seller, so having them local to sort out those things that need someone in person was really useful. Susy in particular was great, keeping me up to date all the way along. All in all, I would definitely recommend WPR.
14th Oct 2026 (13 days ago)I’ve rented properties at many different agents, and haven’t found anyone as genuinely helpful and concerned as Phoebe. Our next tenancy elsewhere was delayed and she was very helpful with advice and expertise. Highly recommend dealing with her if you can.
11th Apr 2026 (6 mo. ago)Well, where to start!? I met Dean Henderson almost a year ago. We viewed a property that was very unloved and in need of TLC! First impressions? First class gentleman. Friendly, not pushy, knowledgable and polite. Our journey to our new home has not been the easiest! Dean was literally a rock for myself and my husband. Would do regular check ins, even if it was just to see if we were ok. Would let us know asap if there was any new information we needed to know. Grounded and professional. It was a complete and utter pleasure to buy through Hamptons. Every member of staff would greet you with a smile and a listening ear. We are finally in the house I fell in love with, and Dean has a huge part to play in that. We will be forever grateful.
26th Aug 2026 (9 weeks ago)Unfortunately I had a terrible experience with BCM Wilson Hill.<br>I thought I was in a fair negotiation for a property but had to continually chase them for weeks to get any updates.<br>When I finally did get a reply over 3 weeks later they had negotiated and agreed the tenancy with another company who viewed and put an offer in several weeks after I made our offer.<br>It has left us without office space with a month before the potential move date.<br>I have found the whole experience most distressing and disappointing on a professional level from BCM and hate having to leave such a negative review.

16th Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)We originally bought our house through Charters, who happened to be the selling agent, and were so impressed by how well we were looked after as buyers that, when it came to selling our home, we knew we wanted to go back to them.<br><br>Toby was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. He genuinely treated our house as if it were his own, taking the time to understand all the little details and personal touches that made it special to us. He kept us completely in the loop with feedback throughout and worked hard to make sure we found the right buyers for our much-loved home, not simply the quickest sale.<br><br>We really felt that Toby cared about getting the right result for us, and his personal approach made the whole process so much easier. We couldn’t recommend Toby and the Charters of Alton team highly enough.

Throughout the whole process of selling our property everyone has been extremely professional, friendly and helpful. A big thanks goes out to everyone, Justin, Thomas, Abby, Nick and I must reserve a special thank you to the amazing Lisa.<br><br>It has been a long and stressful process, not only were we relocating away from the area but we also lost our original buyer the day before exchange. The team where so proactive and we had a new buyer within 48 hours and ensured we did not loose the house we were purchasing.<br><br>From day one Lisa has worked tirelessly to ensure that the chain moved along as quickly and as smoothly as possible. Keeping us regularly updated, and offered amazing support and advice when at times things became quite stressful. My levels of anxiety would have been much higher if it had not been for Lisa!<br><br>Thank you, our new adventure begins and I'm so pleased we chose Homes in Alton to help us achieve it!

The house had been on the market for a while with relatively little interest through a traditional estate agency, but Matt suggested an improved approach that generated decent interest, two good offers and a successful sale. They quickly produced great marketing materials that really showcased the property, highlighting its potential to a range of different buyers.<br><br>Throughout the process, they looked after us really well and were extremely easy to deal with.<br><br>Great ideas, great service and great support. Highly recommended.

From the very start right through to the final steps, they have been nothing but helpful, responsive and genuinely lovely. We have appreciated everything they did to support our sale (including through some less than easy parts as they came up), and everything else they did, which was well above and beyond, to help with our purchase.

Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again. Very disappointed.
