They successfully sold two of our houses and provided amazing service from start to finish. Everyone we dealt with was extremely friendly, professional, and dedicated to getting the best outcome for us. We would like to give an extra special mention to Debbie, who dealt with our purchases and was incredibly professional, helpful, and supportive throughout the process. We also want to thank Danny and Ruby, who truly went the extra mile when selling our homes too. Their communication was excellent — they always picked up messages quickly, responded promptly, and made us feel genuinely heard and supported every step of the way. They all worked incredibly hard to sell both properties and gave us the extra care and attention that made such a difference during what can be a stressful process. We’re so grateful for all of their hard work and would absolutely use John Alexander again in the future to sell our home. Thank you!
19th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)It's taken me a couple of weeks to get to write this review but the team at Leavenheath have been fantastic throughout this protracted sale having produced three purchasers over the period. The first was affected by Liz Truss the second someone trying to buy involving Cryptocurrency (you couldn't write it) They stuck with me throughout the whole process and found the third and successful buyer. Availability on the telephone and communication in general was great. They clearly smoothed what would otherwise have been a very bumpy ride in the market we were selling in. Thank you all
11th Jun 2026 (24 days ago)I attempted to purchase a property through this agency and, unfortunately, it was one of the worst experiences I have had. Throughout the process, inaccurate and misleading information was provided, which appeared to be aimed at progressing the sale. Communication was also very poor, with little to no proactive updates unless we repeatedly chased for information.<br><br>As a result of this misinformation, we have been left out of pocket and extremely disappointed with the service we received. I would not recommend this agency based on our experience.

From start to finish, he has been incredibly responsive, professional, and easy to communicate with.<br>What really stood out was his help during my recent move-out process. I had a unique and somewhat complicated situation, but Brian handled it flawlessly. He went above and beyond to make the transition smooth, stress-free, and straightforward. If you are looking for a letting agent who is genuinely helpful and highly professional, Brian is your guy. Thank you for everything!

I was constantly told that sales in the area were virtually nil, and to reduce the price, this brought no more interest at all to the table. I decided to take my property off the market, at least until my contract time with Chewton rose is up.
22nd May 2025 (1 year ago)Chris and Jo from Fenn Wright are both very experienced and professional and certainly know their stuff. They are both very friendly and approachable and were on hand to guide as and when was necessary. I would use them again to sell my house.

It is also the lack of stress and pressure from them whilst I found another. I have a busy life so selling and buying a home was never going to be easy. But the team, especially Lorraine, certainly did make it easy for me. Along the way they were genuinely helpful and understanding. I was most fortunate to be their client. Thank you Lorraine and the team including the late Matthew who was my introduction and also a great support.
