We've had few viewings and some very low offers. The market isn't great with apartment sales at the moment- I understand that, however other apartments with less bedrooms and not as nice as ours have sold for more than the best offer we got for ours. Excellent service. We decided to take our property offline for personal reasons but while Ryan and his team were marketing our flat we received excellent service.
