I was selling and buying at the same time and having 3 different mortgages one after another gave me many sleepless nights but Jordan was always there to support me and answer ALL my e-mails. Really grateful for all the advice and help. 100% recommend.
2nd Jul 2026 (4 days ago)I brought a house through a different estate agents over a year ago but I did have initial contact with Mann during my house search. At first it started off well the agent who I was dealing with was always very pleasant courteous and helpful guiding me through the home search as a first-time buyer.<br><br>The agent at Mann advised me to speak to their own internal broker at Mann as part of this process so as a gesture of appreciation I accepted.<br><br>After arriving to at the office for an appointment with the Mann broker I was at first greeted by the agent who I had been in contact with she welcomed me made a nice warm cup of tea before introducing me to the Mann broker. Here's where things got sour.<br><br>I explained to the broker that I was a first-time buyer and was looking for guidance on the mortgage lending process, best rates etc. As someone with zero home buying knowledge I was still familiarising myself with everything. I asked if it was possible to buy a house on residential, rent it out then live in that house later.<br><br>Obviously I didn't understand that you can't buy and then rent out a place on residential mortgage without good reason i.e. being a member of the armed forces, but instead of simply correcting me the broker talked down to me I believe he mentioned along the lines of "I might have to contact the FCA about this" which was really demeaning.<br><br>I then asked about the interest rates and loan amounts which Mann could broker for me and was planning to compare against deals provided by other brokers I had planned to speak to later on. Rather than giving me some pointers he said "show me the money first then we can talk" so rather than advising me and doing what he's paid to do he was rude, arrogant and condescending as if to mock me for being a newbie to the process.<br><br>I couldn't get out of his office fast enough and was certainly not interested in paying him a fee for brokering me a deal, which by the way I achieved for free, with no bullying elsewhere!

16th Jun 2026 (20 days ago)If 0 stars was an option, I would leave it.<br>The company do not care about their renters once you get in. They left us 2 months without radiators and huge disruptions which effected us and claimed it was all done in a "timely manner" all other tenants and people in our whole block had discounted rent but we did not, it wasn't even considered from these people as they weren't the ones living in the state we had to.<br>We had flooding and was left all weekend as their emergency lines do not work, clothes were damaged from this and no response was provided as an apology when made aware.<br>Leaky dishwasher never was fixed, caused huge rotting in the wood to the point it was dangerous for me as I had an injury but they just rescrewed the boards down and left corners lifted up.<br>A flat buzzer that never worked so we missed countless parcels.<br>Countless threats about my pets and they would take the deposit from a but of mess that was an accident in our first few months and due to someone else complaining and making false allegations, should have added a pet clause into the contract asking for a pet deposit instead of just countless threats.<br>They took just under half our deposit for an invoice which is made by their internal company, the invoice had the wrong address, invalid dates and also just repeated itself multiple times.<br><br>They gave me the "complaints procedure" but it now coincidentally sends you to an email that is no longer monitored. The company are awful and I do not recommend them if you are looking to rent!

Because of that positive experience, I decided to use them again when it came to selling my property, and I received the same helpful and supportive service from start to finish. Bradley was always easy to contact, kept me updated throughout, and was incredibly helpful whenever I needed advice or reassurance. Everything ran smoothly and I would highly recommend EweMove to anyone buying or selling a home.

24th Jun 2026 (12 days ago)I am very disappointed with the service I have received during the sale of my property.<br><br>Throughout the process I have had to repeatedly ask for progress updates, but have mostly received generic responses stating that things are “awaiting review” rather than clear, proactive communication.<br><br>There has been a lack of regular progress reports, limited chasing of outstanding matters, and very little evidence of active involvement in moving the sale forward.<br><br>Overall, the communication has felt inconsistent and unhelpful at a time when clear updates and proactive management are really needed.
