6th May 2025 (10 mo. ago)Forgot to put my garage on the plans. Didn't say that there was no onward chain and no board. The house is in a cul-de-sac but may walkers go past with dogs etc.

I viewed a property on Hayling with Jason and was interested straight away, and within a few days Jason had me signing paperwork, Jason was very well organised and responded very respectfully and quickly, Jason answered every question I asked even when I thought it was silly it didn't matter, he explained everything fully to me and was always well mannered I can't thank Jason and Geoff foot lettings as a whole enough for getting me into a new property and so quickly too.- 21st Apr 2023 (2 years ago)Made the selling experience easy, great communication and updates.
4th Sep 2025 (6 mo. ago)We had an offer accepted on a house being marketed by Brambles. However, they refused to update the online listing as 'Sold STC' online until the memo of sale was signed by both parties. In that time frame, another agency who had showed the house to a buyer several months prior gazumped us and we lost out. Brambles then tried to get us to engage in a bidding war. Based on this experience I would not recommend this agency. They lost thousands in sales commission and we lost our next home, all because of their stupidity.

8th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)I was very pleased with the communication between Paul from the Cleckheaton Branch and myself, he talked me through everything and was available when I needed questions answered, I was updated at all times of prospective buyers of my property and of course helped to guide me through the sale which I was grateful for.
30th Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)We had looked at numerous properties in the area, but nothing that my wife and I both liked. Rosella found us the perfect bungalow. We walked through the door and knew it was going to be our home. It matched exactly to our wish list. She filled us in with all the house details and gave us contacts for useful tradesmen. I would highly recommend Rosella if you are looking to buy in the Ferndown area.

26th Feb 2024 (2 years ago)Moved in 2022, fire alarms not fitted just left in kitchen cupboards, mouldy and broken white goods left in place, thick mould on floors and walls. Was told it was inspected and nothing to worry about. Didn’t mind as we agreed we could carry out work to make the flat liveable and we love the area so moved in. In two years we have replaced our furniture over 4 times due to mould. 2024 come to move out, baring in mind we have spent over £1000 on flooring and decorating, carter shaw phone to tell me the decorating is not great. The walls are literally falling down and furry with mould, despite us cleaning them every week, which we have emailed countless times about to no avail. I also have doctors notes stating mould as a cause for an asthma attack. If Carter Shaw would like to say any of this is a lie I can attach emails and pictures. Avoid!
