21st Nov 2025 (17 weeks ago)I have purchased my house recently through Cubitt & West and I cannot be more satisfied with the service I have received. James and the team were very communicative, knowledgeable about the properties and accomodating. Once I picked the house, I was assigned with Julie who was looking after the purchase for us and she was absolutely amazing chasing everything on all sides of the chain and giving us regular updates. I would strongly recommend Cubitt and West to both buyers and sellers based on my experience. Thank you guys.

The application process was handled efficiently, communication was clear throughout, and everything was well organised right up to key handover. Big shoutout to Sam. He was responsive, professional, and on top of things the whole time, making the process easy and stress free. Definitely a great experience overall.
23rd Feb 2026 (24 days ago)Thank you for your response. My concerns relate communication from your staff, which I did not find appropriate or helpful at the time. I have no intention of being abusive, and I would appreciate the same level of professionalism and understanding in return. Google reviews exist so customers can share their experiences and provide feedback. If negative feedback is a concern, then perhaps this platform is not the most suitable place to engage with customers. As this matter is now resolved on my side, I do not wish to take it further, but I hope future tenants are treated more considerately.

3rd Jul 2025 (8 mo. ago)I realise it’s a difficult market but they spend a lot of time telling you how good they are and not being proactive. They are the local agents so they tend to be busy. It seems they have too much work to make a job of marketing any single property.
6th Sep 2025 (6 mo. ago)We didn’t get many viewings and the ones we got were not the right people for our property or they had not sold their property so if they did like it they could not proceed- 14th Nov 2025 (18 weeks ago)Aimee was fantastic as was the whole team could not have been more helpful. Where necessary she helped sort out problems even with the solicitors.Very competent and very good at her job. Would thoroughly recommend.
29th Mar 2023 (2 years ago)Spencer's maintained an excellent partnership throughout each n every enquiry from commications to negotiations to finalising Exchange and Completion dates. Losing the first chain to a developer pulling out at the exchange jaws was a setback but did not reduce the optimism of the Spencer's team if Mark, Will, Matt, Abigail and Christy. The market experienced a slight reduction at this time with a slowing of demand so we reviewed our sales strategies and felt a price reduction was necessary. Ultimately this tactic proved very successful, with the Spencer's teaming finding many potential buyers with many offers as one proved very satisfactory to a successful Exchange date after many delays along the way, with Spencers assisting in chasing Agents, Buyers, Solicitors along the way Thank you for your excellent service you provided to us; potentially the Best Estate Agents in Dorset.

Great communication and took the time to explain different things we didn’t fully understand! We felt like we were in good hands and he made sure everything was smooth for us! 19th Dec 2025 (13 weeks ago)The team at Michael Hardy Crowthorne were great and I would definitely recommend them! - Darragh was extremely helpful when we were making initial enquiries about the property we eventually ended up buying, and he was more than happy to help us out with any follow-up requests including a second viewing close to exchange of contracts. Special shout out to Jane as well, who always kept us in the loop and kept things moving in the chain.

11th Oct 2025 (23 weeks ago)I hadn’t heard of Stratton Oak Estates until contacting Getagent, and originally had them round only for a valuation. They were so professional and friendly and convinced me to give them a try. From start to finish they kept me fully informed of all viewings, and found a buyer very quickly. They have a very good online service to keep track of the sales progression, as well as regularly phoning and emailing. I have dealt with many Estate Agents over the years, but none have compared close to Stratton Oak Estates.

Poor at showing people around- I have cameras and heard a few remarks from the agent that were inaccurate and likely to put people off. Poor during initial conversation- making promises that were immediately broken about a house we loved that they were marketing. Also failed to carry out basic information gathering that we have later discovered is a legal requirement.

Stuart was a superstar through out the process and worked tirelessly to support the seller and indeed us and ensured the sale progressed as expected. He performed viewings without fault, went above an beyond and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Sadly we bought our forever home so we may not be using him anytime soon ????. Thanks Stuart.
