30th Sep 2025 (9 mo. ago)To be fair I did not know about BenSiggins until I signed up with GetAgent. Kevin Dennett was my main point of contact. I had a meeting with him and he explained everything that I needed to know in a short space of time. He was very professional as were the other people at BenSiggins that I had contact with. My late parent’s house was put on the market very shortly after our meeting. There were several viewings during the next two to three weeks. I had a reasonable offer from a first time buyer with no chain at all and I accepted it. This was all done within 6 weeks or so. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending BenSiggins and would defiantly use them again in the future should the need arise. Steve Rebindaine

5th Feb 2026 (21 weeks ago)Very irritating experience. As shown in my screenshot, I have received several calls from you, and every single time I have clearly told you YOU HAVE THE WRONG NUMBER. I am not selling a property — I was only a tenant. Each time, you apologise, promise my number will be removed, and then claim “the system takes time to update.” Really? 3 -8 months? That excuse is wearing thin. Your last call was on Monday, where I was again reassured that my number would finally be taken off your system. To stop the disturbance during my workday, I even blocked your number — yet unbelievably, you still managed to leave me a voicemail today - your contact even seems to be increasing! At this point, your persistence feels relentless, intrusive, and completely unacceptable. For the sake of my sanity: Remove, delete, and block my number from your system immediately. This whole situation could have been avoided if you had simply done what you said you would do the first time. Instead, I’m left dealing with behaviour that comes across as either spiteful or incompetent. P.S I am for some reason unable to attach the screenshot of the call log of harassment!
29th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)I cannot thank the Wards team for the kindness, compassion, and professionalism they showed during an incredibly difficult time for our family. Following the sudden loss of a loved one, selling the house was emotionally very challenging, especially for her elderly parents. Throughout the entire process, Wards went far beyond what would normally be expected. They were patient, supportive, and genuinely caring at every stage. Nothing was ever too much trouble, even going to the house to provide us with final meter reading, and their sensitivity and understanding made a real difference. A massive thanks to Daniel, Hollie, Logan, Bliss, Sharon and Jodie. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for not only excellent service, but truly compassionate people.

This is above and beyond just an estate agents, I couldn't have been helped anymore when getting my tenancy last week to the point Andy gave up his bank holiday weekend to spend in the office correcting a few issues that were no fault of the agents at all to make sure my moving day still went ahead just 48 hrs later. I honestly cant praise this estate agents enough. I would highly recommend 100%. Friendly and so helpful.

The images to support my sale were some of the best I've ever seen, with additional video and drone images of the area. His narrative to describe my home was engaging not just a bland description of a room. He understood that you are not just selling a property but a lifestyle. I cannot rate him high enough.

She was friendly, professional, and made everyone feel welcome despite there being so many people viewing the property. Erin was knowledgeable, patient, and happy to answer all our questions. She made the whole experience feel well organised and stress-free. It's clear that she genuinely cares about her work and the people she helps. 4th Jun 2026 (4 weeks ago)Rebecca and the team deliver on every element of selling your house , they carried out every viewing as promised , great photography and detail on the process while preparing your house to take to market and always transparent with their intentions and honest with any updates unlike others we had spoken to ,and experienced in the past , we stayed with Woods for a relatively long period whilst selling our house during different and difficult market conditions simply because they deliver all of the above and more . Personally I would recommend Rebecca and the team at Woods to anyone who’s looking for a genuine agent who works hard to achieve your end goal.
