17th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)Unfortunately, they couldn't find a buyer for my stunning flat themselves and had to enlist an outside estate agent, and had me stump up extra money to help compensate them. So they got it done after the end of the contact term, but it cost me £thousands more. This was after they earlier had asked me to agree to halt showings as demanded by an earlier (lower) offer that I reluctantly accepted. That buyer ended up walking weeks later, wasting precious time that could have been spent finding a real buyer. Estate agents are not your friend. No matter how charming they appear before their engagement contract is signed, once you sign it, they revert to their true mercenary selves, pressuring you to accept offers well below the very valuation they provided, because their only loyalty is to earning their fee. Don't get fooled. Wish I never used this JDW office.

They have done a truly professional job, and the flat has been tenanted for almost 100% of the time. Our contacts at Obbard have been consistently professional, friendly, and easy to reach. We would thoroughly recommend them to anyone looking for assistance in the property market.

13th Mar 2026 (5 days ago)Me and my partner moved into an amazing apartment after lots of looking l, this process was made so smooth and actually enjoyable by our realtor Jude burton, he made the process so easy and we completely trusted him the entire time, and when our first apartment didn’t work out he immediately found us another property that even better suited our needs. We cannot recommend Jude more highly, he’s amazing (even if he does play dead by daylight) thank you for everything!

Charlie, Tina and Tanya were outstanding throughout the entire process. Despite a few challenging personalities in the chain, the team at Homes remained diligent, professional and consistently proactive. Their communication was second to none. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Homes for any of their services.

19th Dec 2025 (13 weeks ago)They had exactly the right balance being freindly and not " pushy " The lead up to exchange with 5 in the Chain was really unpleasant but they were always on the end of the phone and Toby personally waded in at 4PM on the last working day for solicitors on Friday the 19th to push the exchange through. Anyone can handle an easy transaction it's the really difficult ones that show proper customer service.

From start to finish she was incredibly efficient, professional and proactive in handling the letting of my property. Jade kept me fully informed throughout the entire process and made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and straightforward. Her communication was excellent, she dealt with everything promptly and her knowledge of the market and attention to detail really stood out. Thanks to Jade’s hard work, my property was let quickly and the whole process was handled with complete professionalism. It’s clear she genuinely cares about delivering a great service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jade and the team at Gascoigne Pees to anyone looking for a reliable and professional letting service. Their original price was high but probably more accurate of a property in their core area of Liphook. But over the time I saw their knowledge often area grow with a dedicated contact. As a shift working they worked with me on email and that suited me fine.
1st Dec 2025 (15 weeks ago)Credit where it's due. Despite a slow market, Serena never gave up helping us try to find somewhere, even when I was calling 3 times a day. There's a reason why most homes in this area are sold through Seymour's.
21st Feb 2026 (25 days ago)I used Cubitt and West as they were local to me whilst selling my house which made it easy to pop in for a catch up. Due to the far reach they have in the south east of England it made sense to use their experience and knowledge of the market. All the staff were extremely helpful every step of the way and even went above and beyond to help on a couple of occasions. I'd like to give my personal thanks to Kerry the office manager for being so positive the whole journey, Kevin for going above and beyond, Nick the sales progressor for keeping me updated with the solicitors and of course Caroline the secretary for her support. It was a long journey and as well as selling my house, I've made some friends in Cubitt and West - thank you to everyone involved :)

3rd Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)Having spent 5 months on the market with another estate agent with no interest in our house, Sophie and her team then sold it in less than a week! We then proceeded smoothly to completion just over 3 months later. If you want to sell your house in Chichester, look no further than White and Brooks.

Right from the start, she was so professional and we felt she had a very sound and realistic take on the housing market rather than trying to put the house on at the highest possible price. Right through the selling process, she was always really friendly, helpful and profressional, as were the KF team of ladies doing the viewings. Many thanks to you all for all your sterling work!
