I was particularly impressed with Kristina's swift and precise communication, as well as her knowledge of the development and the property. I have bought and sold properties in Farnham through Hamptons over the last 25 years, and this encounter was up to their usual high standards. Thoroughly recommended.

19th Dec 2025 (13 weeks ago)They had exactly the right balance being freindly and not " pushy " The lead up to exchange with 5 in the Chain was really unpleasant but they were always on the end of the phone and Toby personally waded in at 4PM on the last working day for solicitors on Friday the 19th to push the exchange through. Anyone can handle an easy transaction it's the really difficult ones that show proper customer service.

From start to finish she was incredibly efficient, professional and proactive in handling the letting of my property. Jade kept me fully informed throughout the entire process and made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and straightforward. Her communication was excellent, she dealt with everything promptly and her knowledge of the market and attention to detail really stood out. Thanks to Jade’s hard work, my property was let quickly and the whole process was handled with complete professionalism. It’s clear she genuinely cares about delivering a great service. Right from the start, she was so professional and we felt she had a very sound and realistic take on the housing market rather than trying to put the house on at the highest possible price.
