The process can be gruelling and lengthy however Devon was always in touch and would get back to me regarding queries promptly. I feel he is a credit to your branch and I have been overall very pleased with how he dealt with our our purchase.
10th Oct 2026 (17 days ago)All went ok aside from the recommended solicitors who seemed to drag their feet (as most probably do) it took 5 months after the offer to sell a property with no chain and to a cash investor who wanted no surveys. Made no sense and I felt that I was chasing Staff to chase the solicitors.

My initial valuation with John was professional and informative, the team in the office were always friendly and incredibly helpful, and Michelle was fantastic during the final stages before completion, answering any queries promptly and making everything run smoothly.<br>They really made what can be a challenging and stressful process feel much easier. Having used different estate agents in the past, I can honestly recommend Kirkham with complete confidence and wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.<br><br>Thank you to the whole team for such a great experience!

Great value for money versus others in the area. Hopefully the process to completion will be as efficient but mindful solicitors are involved and that WC . Dawson don’t have too much influence on the timeline of the sale itself.

12th Oct 2026 (15 days ago)We spent months trying to sell our house in Chadderton with Ryder & Dutton, and unfortunately, the communication just wasn’t there. It was often difficult to get through on the phone or get an answer, and we sometimes felt like just another number.<br><br>Then we switched to Cowell, and what a difference! Our house sold within a month, and the whole experience was so much more positive. The team were helpful, proactive and really kept things moving, even helping to speed things up with the solicitors to get us to completion.<br><br>Harry came out to value our house, and he was great from the start! Really friendly, enthusiastic and transparent. The video tour he did was fantastic, and the photographer also did an amazing job with the pictures.<br><br>And then there’s Leah! Honestly, we cannot recommend her enough. She has been absolutely brilliant throughout the whole process. Selling a house can be stressful, but she made everything feel so much easier. She was always so helpful and supportive, and we genuinely appreciate everything she did for us.<br><br>Of course, selling a house always involves an element of luck, as you need to find the right buyer, but good communication, transparency and support from your estate agent make such a huge difference throughout the process. For us, it wasn’t just about selling the house; it was about having a team who communicated well, cared and went the extra mile. Cowell really delivered on all of that!<br><br>A massive thank you to Harry, Leah and the whole team. We couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend Cowell to anyone looking to sell their home! ??

The team are so experienced and so professional in all they do , I felt like I was part of their family , nothing was to much trouble for them , I would definitely recommend habitat to anyone who wants to rent or sell . 4th Oct 2026 (23 days ago)From the original telephone call to view a property to the lack of professionalism on the valuation of my property was an experience I will not be repeating at any price. Could not place an offer and when I enquired why the question was completely ignored. When Mark arrived to value my property I found him extremely rude and arrogant! I was incredibly grateful when he left! Totally avoid at all costs .

They were no pressure in selling and explained the process and answered any queries putting us at ease considering this was the first time selling what was our first family home. Once the house was listed, Reside dealt with all the viewings and fit it around us generally conducting group viewings so it was less intrusive on our family life. Once sold they kept in regular contact with us and the buyers to help the sale complete.
