We had a potentially difficult house to sell and were not on the open market. Kallista matched our house with a buyer and helped negotiate a price to suit both parties. She kept the deal on track and kept us informed almost daily. We also used Kirkham Legal Services, who were equally efficient. We are 77 and 75 and, over the years, have used several other local agents and solicitors. We have had poor service from most of them.
