We had an incredibly stressful time during the purchase of one of their properties, and throughout the whole process Elisha was the one person who truly dug in and did everything she could to help us. She went above and beyond in what was a very difficult situation, always taking the time to offer advice, keep us updated, and fight our corner whenever she could. Her communication was outstanding from start to finish. Even though she's clearly a very busy lady, she always made time for us and was only ever a phone call or email away. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help meant so much to me and my family during such a challenging time. We chose Ian at Hunters as we knew he is the expert on all things Haxby and Wigginton. He knows everyone in the village and has really good recommendations for anything that pops up during the moving process. We were in a really long, and complicated chain. Ian kept us updated, before our solicitors did. And had everyone involved in an email round robin. He chased people on our behalf, and reminded us when we needed to do things.
