31st Jul 2026 (23 days ago)I couldn't be happier with the service and support I received from Elisha at W H Brown Haxby.<br><br>We had an incredibly stressful time during the purchase of one of their properties, and throughout the whole process Elisha was the one person who truly dug in and did everything she could to help us. She went above and beyond in what was a very difficult situation, always taking the time to offer advice, keep us updated, and fight our corner whenever she could.<br><br>Her communication was outstanding from start to finish. Even though she's clearly a very busy lady, she always made time for us and was only ever a phone call or email away. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help meant so much to me and my family during such a challenging time.<br><br>I honestly can't praise Elisha enough for all of her hard work, dedication, and support. She is a real credit to W H Brown, and I cannot thank her enough for everything she has done for us. If you're buying or selling a property they are all great but I would highly recommend asking for Elisha – she's absolutely fantastic.
28th Jul 2026 (26 days ago)We chose Ian at Hunters as we knew he is the expert on all things Haxby and Wigginton. He knows everyone in the village and has really good recommendations for anything that pops up during the moving process. We were in a really long, and complicated chain. Ian kept us updated, before our solicitors did. And had everyone involved in an email round robin. He chased people on our behalf, and reminded us when we needed to do things. He made a complicated, stressful process a little bit easier as I knew I could trust him.

29th Jul 2026 (25 days ago)We recently purchased our new house through Cundalls, and the service we received was fantastic from start to finish.<br><br>The whole team worked so hard to help get our purchase over the line, especially at the last minute when things became more stressful. Their persistence, chasing everyone involved, made all the difference.<br><br>They were also incredibly flexible in allowing us to view the property when needed, and their communication throughout the entire process was outstanding.<br><br>A special mention has to go to Rachel and Georgie and Caroline, who truly went above and beyond for us. They were always helpful, responsive, and kept us updated every step of the way. We can't thank them enough for everything they did to make our purchase happen.<br><br>We would highly recommend Cundalls to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Thank you again!

All the office staff I came into contact with were courteous, helpful and friendly. No question was too small , silly or unfathomable to find an answer to. Scott was always available with a guiding hand or a prompt, if necessary, and I felt he ensured a cohesive connection between myself and solicitors. Telephone messages and emails were always quickly responded to. Your Move ensured that what can be a stressful experience was made as smooth as possible. Thank you
