Chose Franca thinking she would be good during the final (post offer but pre contract exchange) stage in the process, but it's someone else at Philip James that handles that side of things (who also seems good, but worth bearing in mind)!

They also coordinated the offers to ensure it went to best and finals. The communication was always amazing with feedback after every viewing. Both people that worked on the sale - Kim and Jules - were really lovely and supportive too.

They really knew the market and I could see great care taken in the communication with potential buyers. On my side, I could not rate Georgina at JW highly enough - she was on top of the whole process and offered great advice and support throughout, especially when things got a bit tense around timelines towards the end.
