Chose Franca thinking she would be good during the final (post offer but pre contract exchange) stage in the process, but it's someone else at Philip James that handles that side of things (who also seems good, but worth bearing in mind)!

27th Dec 2023 (2 years ago)They sold my house within 5 weeks and they didn’t value it too high so that it generated lots of interest. They also coordinated the offers to ensure it went to best and finals. The communication was always amazing with feedback after every viewing. Both people that worked on the sale - Kim and Jules - were really lovely and supportive too.

1st Jul 2026 (4 days ago)Georgina has been absolutely brilliant throughout the full process of us buying our first home.<br><br>As well as being very friendly and a pleasure to deal with, she also works really efficiently and was communicative throughout the full house buying process.<br><br>We’re really grateful to her for keeping us in the loop regularly, for being patient with our questions, and for being persistent with chasing various parties as needed to keep things moving forward too!<br><br>Georgina and the Julian Wadden team have exceeded expectations when compared to other estate agents we have dealt with before.<br><br>We’ve already decided that when we next move, we’ll be choosing Julian Wadden as our estate agents!

The team was incredibly helpful, responsive, and understanding throughout the whole process.<br><br>I was in a difficult situation waiting for my previous tenancy deposit to be returned, and they took the time to listen and speak with the landlord on my behalf. Thanks to their kindness and flexibility, they were able to accommodate my circumstances, which took a huge amount of stress off my shoulders.<br><br>A special thank you to Casey and the team for their professionalism and support.
