Buying a home can be overwhelming, but she made everything feel so much more manageable. She consistently went above and beyond by chasing solicitors and other third parties, following up on enquiries, and making sure nothing was left sitting for too long. She kept us informed every step of the way, explained everything clearly, and was always available to answer our questions and offer reassurance. Donetta’s knowledge of conveyancing processes and general conveyance law was also extremely helpful, as she was able to clearly explain stages of the process and guide us through what to expect, which gave us real confidence throughout. Her communication, dedication, and willingness to go the extra mile made such a positive difference to our experience. 15th Jun 2026 (20 days ago)I have to say Nesbitt and Sons is a very professional estate agent. Marc Nesbitt showed me around the Portchester property that I ended up buying. Marc was polite and courteous throughout the whole process, as were his staff. Communication was excellent and it made what can be a stressful process, not a stressful process. Once the sale was complete Marc was there at my new address to hand me the keys.<br>Marc's years of experience in the industry shone through and I can't thank him and his team enough. I would highly recommend buying a property through Nesbitt and Sons.<br>Thankyou.<br>Mr Roberts.

Poor at showing people around- I have cameras and heard a few remarks from the agent that were inaccurate and likely to put people off. Poor during initial conversation- making promises that were immediately broken about a house we loved that they were marketing. Also failed to carry out basic information gathering that we have later discovered is a legal requirement.

The images to support my sale were some of the best I've ever seen, with additional video and drone images of the area. His narrative to describe my home was engaging not just a bland description of a room. He understood that you are not just selling a property but a lifestyle. I cannot rate him high enough.
