A number of people had told me that Boyce Brixham were the worst estate agents in the town. I didn't believe it until I experienced it myself. The after sales experience is awful. Once exchange of contracts had taken place they could not have helped any less. They have a limit of 5 visits to the property between the offer being accepted and completion. As this took a total of 5 months this was not helpful. We also had to clear the property of furniture and they would not allow us access to dispose of it ahead of completion despite promises.
