The lettings staff, Charly and Amber have both been extremely supportive and kind. They have worked their socks off to make a traumatic experience less so. My only wish is that phoning them would be less stressful as they are so busy and often already on the phone with other customers and landlords alike. Wouldn’t use this agent again to help find a property. Communication was very poor throughout the process. We viewed a property back in February and were initially told the landlord wouldn’t accept our application. Later, after the property had not had many viewings, they accepted an application from us. We were completely transparent from the start about a recently paid-off CCJ. After going through referencing, we were left waiting only to eventually be told the landlord decided not to proceed after another interested party came along. This could and should have been communicated much earlier. The agency seems to prioritise landlord decisions at the expense of customer care and basic communication. Just wanted to say a big thanks to the team at Secure My Sale. They did a cracking job helping us sell our house and even helped us out with the purchase side of things which we werent expecting. Cant fault them at all they kept us in the loop all the way through which made a massive difference, buying and selling is stressful enough as it is! Really helpful and nothing was too much trouble.
