7th Dec 2024 (1 year ago)Mr. Colin McKenzie, the Abbotfox Norwich office Branch manager/partner was most helpful to me. He knew the market well and ,quoted me the correct price for the property so I got offers quickly. It was a vacant property for some time and he connected me with an insurance agent that carried insurance on vacant properties, which on my own, I would have never been able to. He was prompt, and took photos of my place in less than 24 hours to expedite the listing of the property. He was diligent and fast, and arranged for the cleaning crew so the property could be shown asap. Later on, there were some obstacles with the gas meter installation etc, he went above and beyond and researched the different suppliers of the gas meters and installation and arranged for them to do the testing. He spent a lot of time on my little property. . He also had a very agile mind and formulated different scenarios and the pros and cons of each action taken, so that I could come to an easy and logical decision. He was very kind and understood my situation and the urgency of selling the property . Even when the buyer had difficult demands, Colin never gave up encouraging me to soldier on, and now today, the sale was completed and I am very happy and grateful to Colin.
16th Aug 2026 (7 days ago)Important to note: Clarke and Simpson were not our agents, but were the agents for the property we were purchasing. Stuart Clarke was handling the sale for his client, but throughout the process we genuinely felt he was acting as much for us as for them. He obviously had a vested interest in completing the sale, but irrespective this fact, throughout the process Stuart was highly responsive, offered constructive help and advice, and was consistently on hand to answer queries, arrange re-viewings and relay our queries and concerns to his client. C&S’s clients were, sadly, selling the property under a power of attorney which raised some challenges. Throughout the process though Stuart and the C&S team dealt with these sensitively and proactively. Had we instructed them under similar circumstances, we would have felt that we were in safe hands. Thank you, Stuart and team.

Michael is exceptionally knowledgeable about the market and consistently gives thoughtful, honest advice rather than simply telling clients what they want to hear. What really sets him apart is his calm professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to guide decisions with confidence and integrity. He understands both the emotional and financial sides of property transactions and has always made us feel we were in very capable hands. I would not hesitate to recommend Michael to anyone looking to buy or sell property. He is experienced, trustworthy, and genuinely committed to achieving the best possible outcome.

Cara came to my home was nothing but respectful, honest, it felt like a friend has come to see me, but was completely respectful and it was clear she knew her market and viewers to reach and how to market my unique property. Cara is professional, kind , honest and does what she says she does, a rare gem for an estate Agency. She has manage to get many viewings and her response time is excellent, she also listens to the customer and is holistic in the sale. You do not feel like you are just a number! I hope she sells my property( don’t tell the other agent) ….. I said that though. I wouldn’t hesitate in using Cara’s to any potential sellers looking for a standout agent.
3rd Aug 2026 (20 days ago)We chose Hubbards as we were impressed with their positivity when we initially spoke with different members of staff, something we missed in the agency we were initially with. However the volume of viewings forecast did not materialise, there was no one contact person who seemed to manage the case and email communication was not great. We also felt we were being pressed to make decisions that we felt were not fair to the other agent. When we notified them by email that we had sold with the other agent it wasn’t even acknowledged.
25th Jul 2026 (29 days ago)I came across Your Move Estate Agents through a family friends of mine .<br>From the ver beginning , even while still on the phone , I got the impression that I am dealing with a professional staff , who knew what they were doing . While speaking with the Chief Executive Olli Humphreys, I was impressed with his speed of with which he resolved any issues at hand . He was cooperative for him there were no important or not important issues , all mattered equally . He dealt with them with extreme efficiency .<br>He and his team made the tedious process of purchasing a new home very easy and dealt with it as if it was his own issues .<br>I cannot recommend him and his team any more .<br>Thank you to the staff at Your Move Beccles .

Communication has been faultless, in particular, Jade has dealt with every query cheerfully and efficiently liaising between buyer and vendor and keeping us up to date throughout ther process.

7th Aug 2026 (16 days ago)Minors & Brady were very good with the selling of my property. They encouraged many people to view and always kept me updated. I also liked the idea of the after sales team as they pushed the convayencer till the end of the sale. I would highly recommend ??????

29th Jun 2021 (5 years ago)Not a good idea. Did very little. They get paid whether they sell or not. Not really any incentive. Had to pay even though they achieved nothing. Save your money and go with a estate agent who earns their fee for selling your house they only get paid for their results so they work hard to obtain the best result for you
