Cara came to my home was nothing but respectful, honest, it felt like a friend has come to see me, but was completely respectful and it was clear she knew her market and viewers to reach and how to market my unique property. Cara is professional, kind , honest and does what she says she does, a rare gem for an estate Agency. She has manage to get many viewings and her response time is excellent, she also listens to the customer and is holistic in the sale. You do not feel like you are just a number! I hope she sells my property( don’t tell the other agent) ….. I said that though. I wouldn’t hesitate in using Cara’s to any potential sellers looking for a standout agent.
3rd Aug 2026 (12 weeks ago)We chose Hubbards as we were impressed with their positivity when we initially spoke with different members of staff, something we missed in the agency we were initially with. However the volume of viewings forecast did not materialise, there was no one contact person who seemed to manage the case and email communication was not great. We also felt we were being pressed to make decisions that we felt were not fair to the other agent. When we notified them by email that we had sold with the other agent it wasn’t even acknowledged.

As a bit of a newbie to buying a house Kayleigh went above and beyond by advising me and recommending removals along the way etc. She was superb at keeping me updated. Kayleigh is very friendly, approachable and professional. She made the whole process easy to navigate, my thanks go out to her for all her hard work.

Communication has been faultless, in particular, Jade has dealt with every query cheerfully and efficiently liaising between buyer and vendor and keeping us up to date throughout ther process.

He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend Rob to anyone looking to sell their property.
17th Oct 2026 (10 days ago)They valued my house a lot less than others and I asked them to put it up for my price I had in mind .. glad I did as got near the asking price and sold in two weeks . Photos were really good but felt they missed important information off but maybe that’s my fault for not looking at advert properly before they advertised .. I do think the charges are so high for selling

When my house was sold they provided me with information of everything that happens from now till completion of sale which I found really helpful. To be honest they literally help my hand through the whole process. Any queries or concerns were quickly solved. Anything that wasn't going to plan like delays they communicated immediately. It's been many years since I last moved & thanks solely to Attik & the amazing team there I had a stress free easy transaction they went above & beyond to ensure I was happy with everything. Even after moving I still received texts to check I was good. A fantastic service. Many many thanks to you all.<br>I highly recommend Attik City Country Coast without doubt.

We received great care, advice and support throughout the whole process right through to completion.<br><br>Lily was a real asset to us and made the whole experience so much easier.
