Their admin team quickly produced a quality brochure and a 3D tour, and within a week of instruction their sales negotiators had agreed a sale. Their progressions team tenaciously kept everything moving along with both legal teams, and they provided a weekly update so we always knew what was happening. Our final exchange and completion were very smooth too. We would recommend Lovelle to anyone wanting a quality Estate Agency to assist with their property sale.
7th Mar 2026 (11 days ago)I have for many years used BMH as the letting agent for two small properties I own in Grimsby, one since 2012 and one since 2013. The service BMH has provided has been outstanding at all times. Any issues that crop up are dealt with quickly and BMH is also very efficient on the admin side - which really eases the burden as the rental landscape becomes increasingly complex for landlords. Strongly recommended!

25th Feb 2026 (21 days ago)i put a offer in to ideal properties for cash buyer and the estate agent was extremely rude . said things like don't waste your time viewing if your not going to give 105 000 . he didn't put the offer through properly and was to be honest not professional at all . terrible experience and was demeaning man . terrible tone of voice and non negotiable words . this has made me reluctant to deal with your company in the future and i am a investor. thank you
