28th Feb 2026 (18 days ago)We bought a property that was being marketed by Clarke and Simpson, and we were dealing with Oliver Johnson the whole way through. Even when our first sale fell through, he done his upmost to try and keep it going and kept us informed the whole way through. It was a tricky sale at times, but Ollie remained professional throughout, and always friendly and listened to our thoughts along with his clients. Would highly recommend them, especially Ollie, thank you! ??

4th Mar 2026 (14 days ago)Don't even waste your time. Viewed a house on Monday. Asked for an application for it. Did not come through so chased it. Eventually came through on Tuesday, so filled it out and sent it in. Then told on Wednesday that it had been rented. Turns out they did not wait for my application, even though they knew it was coming. Just presented the first one they got to the landlord, who no doubt acepted it because he thought it was the only one. Since when has renting been a race and the winner is whoever gets the application in first. Waste of my time.

8th Mar 2026 (10 days ago)We recently bought our home through another agent but had the pleasure to meet Ryan through this encounter, as first time buyers we couldn’t have asked for a better experience whilst looking for our dream home From the very first viewing, Ryan was professional, knowledgeable and incredibly supportive. Buying a house can be stressful, but Ryan made the whole process feel smooth and manageable. Unlike most agents, Ryan knew his stock and you can generally tell there is a compassion to not only sell us a home but to deliver for his client by answering all questions and making us feel comfortable ; he knew every little detail and you can tell he knows what he’s selling. Often contacting me outside his work hours, He was always quick to respond with new listings and updating me on what he has coming up, During our purchase, he helped organise a survey and put it us the right direction with getting solicitors instructed. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. What really stood out was how genuine and approachable he was, he wasn’t even involved in our sale but was more of an assistance than the agent we where purchasing through, you can tell he truly cares about his clients and wants the best outcome for them. His advice was always honest and helpful, and it made a huge difference during such an important decision. If you’re buying or selling a property, I would highly recommend asking for Ryan. An absolute credit to the team and someone we’re very grateful to have had guiding us through our purchase. Thank you again, Ryan! ?????

They also kept my buyers in place from start to finish which was circa 10 Months so was really grateful for that.

Right move, using the contact us option for the property of interest 2. Used enquiry function on website 3.Called office in office hours, no call back made to us Unfortunately the property of interest is now sold over the time of repeatedly attempting to contact to see if the house was suitable for us to purchase to arrange viewings, would have loved to have had opportunity to make an above listing price offer. What is William H Brown's policy on reaching out to customers? Potential customers making a viewing ? What is your aim for a timeframe to reply/ respond to enquiries.

5th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)Re Sale of 10 Pownall Road, Ipswich, IP3 0DS Dear Kate and Sarah, We felt we must write to commend both Sarah Kershaw, your Senior Negotiator and Riverdale Estates. We were leaseholders of the rental apartment above, our sale completed in January last month. From our first meeting, we knew that Sarah was the person for us. Unlike our two previous agents that were happy to accept our rose-tinted view of what our property might be worth, Sarah arrived armed with facts, clearly showing prices similar flats in the block had achieved, Sarah advised that if we were serious sellers, that was the price area we should be using. It was a sobering thought but we considered matters over a weekend and decided that was very sensible. Our tenants left a few months later and, then free to carry out a detailed inspection, we realised that to attract a buyer in a slow market and with so very many flats for sale in Ipswich, we would need to spend time and money on refurbishment to make our property stand out. There followed weeks of cleaning, a kitchen makeover, re-carpeting and re-decorating throughout. Sarah came back, helped re-arrange the furniture to best effect and took a fresh set of photographs both internally and externally. Her photographs were stunning and the detailed write-up excellent. Within a relatively short time a first-time buyer was found, but Sarah's input didn't stop there. Over the coming months we came to realise just how very important having a good agent is; Sarah's involvement bridged across both sets of solicitors, our buyer and ourselves. Throughout a protracted and often frustrating conveyancing process, it was only Sarah who kept us informed and our nervous first-time buyer on-board. Without her, we have no doubt that the sale would have fallen apart. So thank you Sarah, you were a pleasure to work with. 13th Mar 2026 (5 days ago)I chose Grace estate agents because of previous complimentary reviews, it’s out of town centre office location affording easy access and parking. Their terms were clear and reasonable, with their MD Tara Grace taking the time to introduce herself and the business to me. Here is the thank you message I sent to Karen Ward, who looked after the sale of my property, which speaks for itself: Just a note to express my appreciation for the way you have handled my sale of the above mentioned property once having secured a buyer. What on the face of it, should have been a comparatively straightforward transaction, ended up being slowed by the need for the buyer to change their representing solicitor practice twice! You were always ‘on the ball’ chasing up as required along the way. I also really appreciated the friendly and professional way all the office took calls if you were not there or otherwise engaged! All your colleagues were always a pleasure to deal with. Having had recent experience connected with the attempted sale of a different property further made me appreciate the way your agency works!

They made you feel they trully cared about your sale. I have used other local estate agent but Mapps estate agents are in a league of their own. I wouldn’t use anyone else. Thank you to you all.

I lost my Mother in August 2024 and employed Chamberlain Phillips to sell both my property and my Mothers at the same time to enable my move to a different area. I embarked on the process not doubting their skills, but believing this would take nothing short of a miracle to happen. From Craig, Lorraine , and the rest of the team in between, they carried me through a really difficult and sensitive time, going way over and above with help, advice and skill. I will never be able to thank them enough and for someone that has gone through around 20 house moves in my lifetime, they are by far the best. Thank you all so much.

Our move was complicated by collapsing chains and erratic behaviour from some of the parties involved - I am so glad we used Rock Estates as they helped us navigate all the problems we faced Thank you
