Phil was extremely helpful and made the experience very easy. I had been left in the dark by another mortgage advisor which made the start of the already daunting experience even worse. Phil set me at ease, he made the effort to keep in contact and guide me through the whole process. He explained everything clearly and offered good advice wherever I was unsure. All while being a genuine and friendly guy who clearly cares about his client’s needs.

The entire process, including the end-of-tenancy checkout and deposit release, was handled very professionally and smoothly.<br>I was especially impressed with how quickly Emma followed up on the final inspection and deposit, and how she went the extra mile to ensure everything was processed promptly.<br>I would highly recommend Knight Partnership and Emma to anyone looking for a professional, reliable and supportive letting agency. 18th Feb 2022 (4 years ago)Probably the most racist people working in this company. I had very upsetting experiences number of times. Very difficult to get hold of and when we can not very helpful at all. I’d never recommend anyone to use this estate agency. You will be utterly disappointed ????

Jess could not have been more helpful in helping is secure our forward purchase. A massive thankyou to Moores . Highly recommend to anyone wanting an agent who is motivated, communicative and has excellent local knowledge.

1st Aug 2026 (22 days ago)I have been into the office twice recently to speak to someone in Lettings. Twice I have left my details & still no reply. The Lettings Manager is never available. Obviously they don't want the work, but surely it is company policy to get back to someone? Therefore my rating is one star but they don't deserve that.

Best agents I have ever dealt with - communication was second to none, checking in all the time, updating, calling in when I was sick to check on me ! way above and beyond. Totally professional, ensured all 3 knew my property inside out - just fantastic, open, honest, transparent - absolute pleasure to have dealt with them and if ever I sell again, they will be who I chose hands down.

The only contact I had from my agent was to push for the price to be lowered. I decided to list with a dual agent and the property was sold in a few weeks.

They made such an effort to make sure our house photos were amazing and put our house on the market in no time at all. Communication with the team was brilliant, you would get an instant reply and they would be very honest and give you so much information and reassurance throughout the whole process. We couldn’t recommend them enough!
