11th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)have been a tenant with Hamptons for five years now, and I couldn’t be happier with the service they provide. From day one, they have shown great attention to detail and genuine care, always making sure I feel supported and well looked after. The team is very serious and professional in everything they do, and I truly appreciate how reliable and responsive they are. Any issue or question I’ve had has always been handled efficiently and with care. A special mention goes to Dena Gold the property manager, who is absolutely the best. She is dedicated, professional, and always follows through on what she promises. It’s rare to find someone so reliable and committed to doing a great job. Dena is a real asset to Hamptons. I highly recommend Hamptons to anyone looking for a trustworthy and professional property management company.

24th Sep 2023 (2 years ago)I dealt with Angela and she went out of her way to assist me regarding a property I was interested in. She was both friendly and professional and offered good communication throughout our dealings. So I can not speak for the rest of Proffitt and Holt as an agency, as I only really dealt with her and she was a very good representive and ambassador of them.

27th Feb 2026 (19 days ago)Very disappointed. My allocated parking space is always taken by another car, and I cannot park my own car. Management cannot provide documents to prove it is my space. I am now thinking to call the police, which is unacceptable for a resident. Second problem: the remote fob does not work. This issue is not fixed for months. I cannot open the barrier, so I can’t even receive deliveries to my flat. Very poor communication and no real solutions. Yevhen, 19 Pinnacle House

They made the whole process from beginning to the end as easy as possible for me. They were all extremely sensitive to my situation and made me take my time with each process. I can't thank them enough.
17th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)What a different way to sell a home, with supportive, gentle and trustworthy people. We’d been mulling over the idea of relocating out of London for years and even discussed putting our home on the market with Unique previously. What we like is that there is no big sales pitch, no pressure to sell, just listening and responding. But more importantly, keeping both our buyers and us calm, communicative and friendly throughout the sale, so it felt as smooth as it could possibly be. We’re not planning to do move again any time soon, but we’d definitely use Unique if we were.

Even how to have the flat looking and getting ready for viewings.<br>Next easy to sort viewings, flexible with times. Updated me when needed to, replied Promptly and made it happen real quick. She really was a lovely person.<br>So thanks Hobdays, see you again in the future. Thanks for selling flat in Seabrook Court. Lesley

Lovely personal touch to add of a wonderful hamper left.in property for us and was ideal and thoughtful when needed most full of useful items that turned out to be essential. 13th Mar 2026 (5 days ago)I recently sold my house in Hemel and I can't recommend Orchid enough - and one person in particular: Jacob. He was on board throughout the whole process - from valuation and viewings, liaising with other agents, right through to the final sale. It makes a huge difference dealing with one person, and he was always on hand to answer my (sometimes quite daft!) questions and to offer advice. He was realistic, professional and always sensitive to my needs and requirements. He 's also an extremely nice guy - which always helps! I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and the quick sale of my house meant I was able to purchase my new home much more easily. I have already recommended Jacob and Orchid to friends and family in the area and I have no hesitation in spreading the word further afield. So thank you Orchid.. And thank you Jacob!

They truly went the extra mile to ensure I felt confident and secure in finding the right tenant—someone who would genuinely love and take care of my home. Throughout the entire process, they have been extremely communicative and efficient. Delivering great service and depth of knowledge. Overall, I feel secure, well looked after, respected and listened to. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.- 16th Mar 2026 (2 days ago)We'd had a trying period with another local estate agent before turning to Dey King and Haria based on a stellar experience with Joshua Roston when viewing a property some months prior. Joshua was incredibly knowledgable, personable and, above all else, honest. It was on that basis that we reached out to see if DKH could value our property. We felt they worked a lot harder to market it and Joshua's communication throughout the process was flawless. He is very clearly someone who cares about his work and his clients – not a trait displayed in all estate agents. Once the sale was agreed, Joshua put us into the equally capable hands of Hannah James in her role as Sales Progressor. Hannah was every bit as diligent, open and helpful as her colleague and went out of her way time and time again to move things along throughout a difficult process that saw the buyer's solicitor close down mere days before exchange. She was proactive, very assured and unflappable throughout – precisely what was needed when dealing with previously unseen circumstances and a difficult managing agent. Joshua and Hannah are both a credit to Dey King and Haria which is a firm we would not just use again but recommend to anyone in the areas they operate. Estate agents have a reputation – DKH and its employees are doing a very good job of re-writing it for the better.

She kept me informed at every stage and made sure to chase all parties concerned. Really professional service and I’d happily recommend them.
5th Mar 2026 (13 days ago)I'm still waiting to hear back from an email sent over a week ago , and that was already chasing an unmet promise!! I needed one small thing repaired in the whole letting period. Was still waiting weeks later. Eventually got it fixed myself in two days for less than half the quote House Shaw finally got for me. Will use another agent next time.
