11th Oct 2025 (8 mo. ago)This agency is a joke. I caught the agent in our backgarden when he gave no notice. We were petrified and as single women it was a truely frightening experience. Stay away from them if possible. Truly awful
3rd Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)AVOID AVOID AVOID<br><br>We had our flat on the market with Haart Abbots Langley for 9 months and only had 5 viewings. Constant excuses and lies from the team, no follow ups and meant we were having to chase them throughout (despite being assured that we would get an update every week). Half of our viewings we only found out about when we called to get an update on how things were.<br><br>Shorab, Tom and Jamie were very dismissive throughout and didn’t seem to have a clue what was going on.<br><br>2 flats in the same block as ours sold within 3 weeks of going on the market using different agents for a higher price than what we had ours on for -Haart had driven down the price as they had kept stating it needed to be lower (which ultimately cost us money in the long term). It became very apparent that the issue was Haart and not the flat.<br><br>Switched over to Foxtons Watford and had 3 viewings and had sold within a week. The two estate agents were like night and day.<br><br>Haart were extremely unprofessional and caused nothing but stress whilst we were with them and their only tactic for selling seemed to be lowering the price -which in our case didn’t need to have happened and lost us money. Please look elsewhere when selling -highly recommend Foxtons!

Over the years they have always been quick to find me tenants who have always paid the rent each month with no problems. Julia always gets me a good rent price. I’m very happy with their service.

He was super helpful, patiently answered all of our questions, and kindly accommodated a last-minute property viewing at very short notice. 27th Apr 2026 (10 weeks ago)Having been with a large chain agent for almost a year, with few viewings and very little useful feedback, we swapped to Oak Estates. From the beginning, Kris and his team were really open, honest and positive. They made us feel like they cared about our experience, not just getting us on the books. The viewing team were great - very professional and took on board useful information about the house and the area to pass to the buyers. We managed to get a buyer in much less than half of the time than we had been with the other agents and the office were really good at keeping us in the loop and even offered advice beyond the sale of the property. I would very happily recommend Oak Estates to anyone looking to sell and get a very personalised, honest, professional and caring service.
