My property was tenanted when it first went on the market and the (necessary) negative feedback was really important to hear. I felt confident that I could be honest and state my needs clearly when it came to responding to some of the under offers that came through. I'm happy to recommend Hyman Hill as they secured me a buyer who was in turn easy to deal with and who paid exactly what I set out to achieve.

Being able to contact during a fast paced lettings cycle is so important and after taking my mother in law for a viewing today, Paige was accommodating and had every answer ready which was just superb. A must use for rental and purchases in Sussex

Neil and Angus were incredibly professional, had great communication and I would definitely recommended and use them personally again in the future.
29th Sep 2021 (4 years ago)W Welch, well where to begin. Wesley was the agent we both sold our property through and also aided us in our purchase of our new home. To sum this up in a few words... Wesley has been so kind, understanding, helpful, prompt and professional through out. W Welch offer a personal touch which I really liked, I felt that I could contact Wesley and ask any question and he would always take the time to answer me. All in all a great company, friendly, professional all wrapped in one. Great job all of you who work for W Welch.
