2nd Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)I have been using hunters for multiple viewings as we were looking to move house pretty urgently, Lettings agent clio has been nothing but helpful and supportive on finding us the right space for us to call home! She has answered all of the questions we had with complete professionalism! Clio has been fantastic all the way through. Because of this I highly recommend letting from with hunters.

I have been using Paynes for over 15years who look after all my rented properties. And I have never had a reason to change . Thank you so much to everyone at Paynes.
13th Jan 2026 (9 weeks ago)I will give 0 star if it was available. Leaders behaviour towards deposit refund is laced with all kind of negative experience, from untrustworthy to unreliable and then to lies and unethical practices. I have been following up for almost 4 months now for my deposit and it’s met with too many back and forth. I don’t understand why it’s taking so long to refund a deposit after how many months of leaving the property. The worst case scenario is the audacity to archive the Tenancy Deposit portal and update this payment has been made whereas they are yet to make this payment. This is a very poor practice and unfortunately I have lost all trust with Leaders Letting and Estate Agents. I wouldn’t advise anyone to do business with Leaders as they will be frustrated when it comes with customer service satisfaction and their dealings with financial transactions as they have no business integrity or whatsoever. This is still an ongoing issue with Leaders Letting and Estate Agents as they are yet to refund my Deposit.

From start to finish they were very friendly ,professional and a pleasure to work with and just can’t fault their commitment to making the whole process go as smooth as possible. A special mention to Luke for all his hard work who went above and beyond for us throughout . I would also like to thank Ellie for her role in the process keeping us updated and her communication throughout and the rest of the team who made a stressfull situation a pleasant one . Wouldn’t use any other agent . Many thanks

6th Mar 2026 (12 days ago)We sold our house through Fine & Country. Liz Teasdale and Nicola Lorraine held our hands every step of the way. They promptly answered any queries we had, were reassuring when the process was at its most pedantic and calmed us down when we were stressed. From the superb photos taken at the start, all the way through the whole process Nicola and Liz were professional and attentive and we cannot recommend them highly enough. They might be slightly more expensive than other Estate Agents but they were worth every penny. So glad we used Liz and Nicola.
15th Nov 2025 (18 weeks ago)Nicole Ashenden at Howkins in Daventry made the whole process a breeze. Excellent communication throughout, from arranging the viewings through to negotiating the lease and even suggesting local walks and pubs. Would highly recommend ????

5th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)I have recently moved into a property mid contract. An agreement was made with all parties involved to change the names on the contract and arrangements to do this out in place. However since moving in; one of the original names is yet to have been taken off and i am yet to be offered a new contract. With multiple attempts to address this it has only come to light now, after a new contract should be in place, exactly what the issues are. There are inconsistencies with the messages received from shipways and a lack of communication from them.

The viewing and offer process was good with some advice on how best to present the property for prospective buyers. While our whole move was not straight forward, Jo kept us well informed at all stages, and was able to help us stay on course when we ran into issues. Over all - a good experience, and professional engagement. Thanks Jo, Richard and team for making our move happen for us!
6th Mar 2026 (12 days ago)We have just completed a sale that was brilliantly handled by Iona at Connells in Rugby. The property was with another agent for three months and only had one viewing: then we took it to Connells and they found us our buyer in less than a week!

I mainly spoke to a lady called Chloe, who was great, but when I did speak to others, everyone was so lovely. I would highly recommend to others in a similar position. They have maintained excellent communication from the start to the end of the process and have been very clear with what they need from us and when. They have understood our brief very well and have found tenants for us during a tricky quiet time of year. 23rd Feb 2026 (23 days ago)We have recently used David, Amelia and the wonderful team at Kingsman to sell our home. The process from start to finish has been outstanding. We had multiple agents value our property and David stood out above the rest with a great understanding of not only our property, but the market in general and gave us lots of useful tips on buying too. There were no hidden fees for photographs or identity verification which we really appreciated.<br>We sold in the very first weekend of listing after a bumper day of viewings and the communication throughout was outstanding. We had feedback from each prospective purchaser and the negotiations on our sale were seamless. Once sold the progress was passed to Amelia who has kept us up-to-date on a weekly basis. She liaised with our buyers and the sellers of the property we purchased and both solicitors, and ensured that all communications were top notch. We have now exchanged contracts and are ready for our move. We can't recommend Kingsman Estate Agents enough & I will be telling anyone considering moving to speak to David first. We all know that selling your home can be stressful but the whole process has been anything but, and that's down to Kingsman. So, a huge thank you from The Francis Family.

Would definitely recommend.- 24th Jan 2026 (8 weeks ago)Absolutely disgraceful. Easily the worst estate agent I have ever encountered. Once they have you locked in as a tenant, they become completely unreachable. Calls ignored. Emails ignored. Messages ignored. It’s like dealing with a brick wall — except a brick wall is more responsive. The Rugby lettings team is beyond incompetent. I have been chasing serious issues for nearly a month. Every single time I’m fobbed off with “leave it with us,” followed by total silence. No updates. No action. No professionalism. They are quick to take rent but utterly useless when it comes to doing their actual job. You are left stressed, frustrated, and wasting your time constantly chasing people who clearly do not care. This agency treats tenants with complete disregard. If you value communication, accountability, or basic human decency — stay well away.

They went above and beyond for me, I lived a 2 hour drive away and they were amazing, being there for lots of little things to save me a trip north I would 100% recommend them

The whole team is friendly, professional, and incredibly responsive — whenever anything came up, it was handled quickly and with genuine care. It’s rare to find an estate agent you feel you can 100% trust, but that’s exactly how we feel about Charles Rose. After such a consistently positive experience, I honestly wouldn’t choose anyone else. Thank you for making what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and well looked after — we highly recommend them.
