11th Apr 2025 (11 mo. ago)Our property was valued too high and went out to their database too high even though we questioned it. When it went online it was missing filters, so wasn’t pulling through with garden (which wasn’t spotted for 3 weeks) and went on as a terrace not a semi-detached. Both detrimental to getting the right viewings. Selling points about our property didn’t seem to be passed on to the people showing the property, and it was not always the same person viewing. I sent a pdf over so that agents could use this to sell the property (off my own back) with information like - new boiler & boiler location, new flooring etc.. it was never used (I was waiting outside for the last viewing we did with them and was asked where the boiler was! lol) Once the wrong key was brought so they couldn’t get in.- 8th Mar 2026 (10 days ago)Temi has been incredibly kind, enthusiastic, and determined in helping me find the right property. Even though the process is still ongoing, her commitment and persistence really stand out. She’s proactive, supportive, and clearly dedicated to making sure I find something that truly fits my needs. 20th Jan 2026 (8 weeks ago)Recently purchased a flat through Alan de Maid and Ryan provided excellent service from the first day's viewing right up until completion. Without Ryan's dedication this sale would have undoubtedly fallen through. Unfortunately service from the recommended solicitor at Taylor Rose (B.S.) was such that a complaint to the SRA is being prepared. This is not a reflection of Taylor Rose as a company as the vendor's solicitor was also from Taylor Rose and was apparently excellent. Ryan did everything possible to mitigate the ongoing problems, liaising with the vendor, calling solicitors within the chain and involving more senior staff at Taylor Rose on several occasions to drive the process forward. Ryan was incredibly responsive throughout the process and always gave advance notice of any days he would be out of the office for holidays etc. He replied to emails and queries in a very timely manner, often providing information that had not been forthcoming from the solicitor. His communication throughout was faultless. The process was a long and arduous five months, but thanks to an extremely patient vendor and a dogged determination from Ryan to get this purchase over the line, completion was achieved. Thanks Ryan!

He was professional, responsive and extremely knowledgeable throughout my mortgage process. As a first-time buyer, I really appreciated how clearly he explained everything and how proactive he was in keeping things moving. His calm and supportive approach made a stressful process feel much more manageable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

25th Feb 2026 (21 days ago)I recently dealt as a residential property buyer with Joe at this Foxton branch and I have nothing but praise. He was very accommodating in arranging viewings matching my availability and followed up my inquiry quickly. Submitting an offer to purchase was straightforward. All communicatio were prompt, which frankly is what matters the most to me. I can't speak for selling a property, but fir buying I can certainly recommend this branch.
7th Mar 2026 (11 days ago)I rarely leave reviews, but our experience with Metro Village was easily the worst renting experience we’ve had. When we viewed the flat, Nick told us the main window — which was completely shattered — would be repaired before we moved in. Once we moved in and followed up, the agency said there was no record of that agreement and the repair never happened. Our letting manager Kevin was extremely difficult and unprofessional to deal with from the start. Emails regularly went unanswered, calls were avoided, and it was very clear he had no interest in helping tenants — despite us paying close to £30,000 per year in rent. Instead of helping resolve issues, he consistently sided with the landlord. Throughout the tenancy, important repairs were ignored and communication was extremely poor. It often felt impossible to get any clear response or action. Another frustrating issue was that the flat contained old items left by the agency (including used bedding and broken things) that we were told we couldn’t remove. This made it feel like the flat wasn’t really ours to live in freely, despite paying full rent. The most concerning part was the deposit process. We were presented with a long list of charges for small items — things like £5 for a lightbulb or £18 for a spatula that had clearly been used long before our tenancy. Many of these charges felt excessive and difficult to justify. If you rent through them, I strongly recommend using the official deposit protection scheme adjudication process if there are disputes. Once the charges had to be formally reviewed and justified, several of them suddenly changed. Even after agreeing the final amount, it still took weeks of chasing emails to actually receive the deposit back. Overall this was a very frustrating experience with poor communication, unresolved issues, and a difficult deposit process. I hope this review helps future renters make an informed decision.

Our sale took longer than planned, through no fault of The Address, and throughout the process Linda was regularly checking in to see how we were progressing and whether there was anything she could do to help. She was fantastic at acting as a go?between when we were getting stuck between solicitors, and she helped move things along so we could complete on our preferred date. I would highly recommend The Address. Our experience as buyers was that they were with us every step of the way.

5th Jul 2025 (8 mo. ago)If you are a landlord DO NOT use this agency. Constant lies and gaslighting caused ongoing issues for our property. Very efficient when they want your business but after that just ghost you. I used Marsh & Parsons to buy a flat and my main contact was Aicha - she was fantastic, really pleasant to deal with and very understanding of my position as a first time buyer. I felt supported throughout the purchase and was really happy with the standard of service I received. I also want to mention Guy, who was also great and very genuine. Marsh & Parsons made quite a challenging and complicated process feel easier and I am very thankful for that!
