16th Nov 2018 (7 years ago)lier staff in maintenance team , they never fixed thing shower heating not working since a week keep on telling someone come around nothing happen , give a smelling carpert promise to be clean once moved ask to clean it they say we organized someone to come and clean nothing done basically lier staff be carefull when taking any property for rent form this agent . as something goes wrong they not gona fixed it.

I switched to sinclair who were professional, swift and fantastic right from the word go. Their automated feedback systems kept me in the loop and courtesy calls from the agents occasionally helped reassure all was well. Within 6 weeks the house was sold at asking price! Couldn't ask for more. If you need experts for this area, look no further.

27th Feb 2026 (20 days ago)May have been the market conditions but minimal viewings were booked. Many of which were no shows or cancellations on the day. Not the fault of the estate agent, however there was no adjustment to the online profile at any point to refresh the advert. Nothing posted on socials that I’m aware of either.

Highly professional and very friendly, ensuring confidence was received throughout. The energy of Adrian was amazing, continuously working the sales / property reviews was instrumental, providing constant feedback. Once offers were made, Gemma ensured the purchase communications were received and supported the legal process throughout. Without her support, the sale / purchase would most likely still be going through the legal battle. Advertising photos were professional taken and supported the sale marketing, which resulted with an agreed offer to be accepted within 5 days on entering the housing market. But without using Agent Local i would have had a melt down, it’s been that emotional. 10/10 service and really glad I didn’t try sell it myself because my goodness the stress I’ve been through has been a rollercoaster and doing that alone would have been impossible for me.
