17th Mar 2026 (2 days ago)I had a really great experience with Bagshaws Residential Mickleover, especially working with Richard Gulley. From start to finish, Richard made the whole process feel incredibly easy and stress-free. I didn’t have much prior knowledge about how mortgages work, whereas my wife (who is a conveyancer) already understood a lot—but Richard still took the time to explain everything clearly to me and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. He answered all of my questions and concerns without hesitation and really went above and beyond to make what could have been a daunting experience feel simple and straightforward. I genuinely couldn’t recommend Richard enough—I’ll definitely be pointing any friends and family his way if they’re looking for a mortgage advisor!

6th Mar 2026 (13 days ago)We sold our house through Fine & Country. Liz Teasdale and Nicola Lorraine held our hands every step of the way. They promptly answered any queries we had, were reassuring when the process was at its most pedantic and calmed us down when we were stressed. From the superb photos taken at the start, all the way through the whole process Nicola and Liz were professional and attentive and we cannot recommend them highly enough. They might be slightly more expensive than other Estate Agents but they were worth every penny. So glad we used Liz and Nicola.

James valued, photographed and listed my property in good time and managed to find a buyer with no chain at the asking price within a week. Julia was fantastic at communicating all the details and updates with both sides of the purchase which made for a swift and smooth transaction. Thank you to all the team for making the whole experience a great one! Highly recommended.

The rental team (Karen and Rachel) have helped market our rental property and always found great tenants who have cared for the property. More recently, the sales team (Laura, Frances, Jill and Ben) have been equally impressive, with the sale of the property handled efficiently and professionally. We have found the team at Mark Rice to be respectful, polite and genuinely good at their jobs. We can highly recommend!

19th Feb 2026 (28 days ago)Wouldn't recommend this company jobs reported when vulnerable take over a week to sort out can never get hold of who you need to calls never get returned antisocial behaviour doesn't get sorted I've moved from bad to worse a day late on rent they soon contact you though.... looks like I'm house hunting again. I've reported numerous times the same people to no avail it's got to the point I've said forget it also if you unfortunately do get housed with this company please check bins before deposit rent and tenancy is signed mine was all full infested and took them over 4 months to empty the council refused rightly so as its the company and landlords fault also check your out house mines still full it's terrible. Especially when the rents so expensive aswell

Richard Slater and Sam were particularly helpful, especially on the day the buyers took ownership as we we unable to be at the property to hand over the keys ourselves. We also let a property with Lucas, and the lettings team are also first class. Thank you!
29th Nov 2025 (16 weeks ago)Really glad I sold my house through GR, from the start Nick was really approachable, friendly and so positive about the house it really made you think his team would ‘sell’ it for you, which they did! Great value for money as the percentage fee was more than competitive. The ladies in the office were always friendly and nothing was ever too much for them. The sales progression was a smooth process and I was kept up to date every step of the way. A great experience all round, thank you.- 6th Mar 2026 (13 days ago)We have just completed a sale that was brilliantly handled by Iona at Connells in Rugby. The property was with another agent for three months and only had one viewing: then we took it to Connells and they found us our buyer in less than a week!
27th Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)I first called Encasa in November 2025 about a property but received no follow-up. I called again first week in January 2026 to arrange a viewing while I would be in the area, but still received no response. My son also called on my behalf and was told to email if it was urgent, even though he explained I was travelling a distance away from Solihull and as I was viewing another house and because they didn't get back to me can I view their house yet there was no follow-up to any of these attempts. This repeated lack of responsiveness caused unnecessary stress and wasted time. Serious buyers should be aware that arranging a viewing with Encasa can be very frustrating.

17th Mar 2026 (2 days ago)After a disappointing start with no communication and the fact we wanted to move to another estate agent, we agreed to start again and have new photos taken and increase the visibility of the property. This resulted in more viewings however we did have to reduce the price of the property from what it was originally priced. It did attract more viewings but I felt we had to prompt the agents to get more done. They did eventually do everything that was required and sometimes we beyond what we expected.

From start to finish they were there to ease us through with excellent communication which was a tremendous help… I would highly recommend Creightons if you are embarking on moving home you will not be disappointed.. a huge thankyou to Jackie and her team.
24th Feb 2026 (23 days ago)Awful estates agents. Emails get ignored, when repairs need doing. Only wanting to take the rent each month. Left me with a damp moldy ceiling for over a year. Was without heating in sub 0 temperatures. Avoid at all costs. If I could leave less than 1 star I would. When we lost 2 family members in 4 week Patrick said life goes on! He's a complete waste of space.
