7th Apr 2026 (5 weeks ago)I enquired about a property I could comfortably afford, but the way I was spoken to by one staff member was completely unacceptable. While I understand there are legal procedures to follow, there is no excuse for being rude, raising your voice, or speaking to someone as if they are lying about their finances. A second staff member later called and explained the same procedures in a calm and respectful manner, which just highlights how unprofessional the first interaction was. Based on this experience alone, I would not feel comfortable having this estate agent manage a property I live in.

They supported us through the moving out process and made moving into our new home much easier and stress free. They also helped us to find our new house which we’re really grateful for. A special thank you to Ella for all her help and support throughout . She has been great from start to finish. Highly recommend!

We have sold numerous properties with them over the last few years and even the difficult ones have been made easier. After a difficult experience with a previous estate agent who lacked professionalism, working with them was a breath of fresh air. From start to finish, they were supportive, responsive, and incredibly efficient. They kept everything moving smoothly and made what is usually a stressful process feel so much more manageable. Their communication was excellent, always keeping us updated and reassuring us every step of the way. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and their dedication really showed in helping us finally complete on our home. If you’re looking for an estate agent team that genuinely cares and goes above and beyond, I cannot recommend them enough.
24th Apr 2026 (15 days ago)When we first spoke to Claire we knew we were in safe hands. She has been brilliant, she's so professional and has a kind and warm demeanour that helps put you at ease. She will go the extra mile to get answers to any questions you have as quickly as possible and she was a huge support in the final months leading up to completion. We had a long process in purchasing the property due to the legal aspect, but Claire kept us updated each week which was so reassuring and also helped us stay sane !!! I can't recommend Price&Co enough. Thank you for being with us on this Journey and helping us through to the end ??

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

Abigail has dealt with all my queries over the phone and has been amazing sending me property suggestions, being considerate of my requirements and budget. Super helpful! Emma took me to my first property and was very informative helpful throughout. Suzie took me on the remainder of my viewings and has been amazing. Arranging 2nd viewings where needed and generally being lovely and supportive through the whole process which is daunting as a first time buyer. They've helped to make the process / experience enjoyable and exciting Can't thank them enough ??????
