This letting agent has been managing a property for me however, over the past few years they have failed to conduct any site visits to inspect the property even though this is a requirement of their service agreement and whenever I call them, they never answer the phone. When my payment was due to be returned, I had to send more than 20 emails and make over 100 phone calls before I finally received my money back after 6 months.
