Ranjit, in particular, was very professional and I was happy to be advised by him. Kavita in the office was pleasant and always answered the 'phone.

There was uncertainty for a time whether we were going to be able to secure the property but thanks to Tom and Vic they made it happen for us and now we are in our beautiful first family home. Friendly professional and efficient, assuring us through all the moments of confusion you have as a first buyer. Jonathan has been particularly proactive with communication and has been very helpful in keeping us updated and supporting our property search. Lucy has been equally proactive with her communication, always friendly, helpful and a pleasure to deal with.<br>We’re still looking for the right property, but the service and communication we’ve received so far have been excellent. You can see why a couple of estate agents in particular dominate the market in Sutton Coldfield, with Paul Carr being one of them. Hopefully we’ll find the right one soon!

Our purchase was quite complex, but everything was handled professionally and efficiently throughout. Communication was excellent and any issues that came up were dealt with quickly and clearly. We felt in very safe hands and would definitely recommend.

I felt so supported and well looked after. Highly recommend!" It took less than a week to find a tenant too.

Everything was handled in the most gentle, sensitive, and professional manner. We have always dealt with Teresa, who is so helpful, calm, and thorough. No question is ever too silly and believe me, we have asked plenty! We are incredibly grateful to have such a hands-on team who deal with everything to such a high standard. Liars and thieves...<br>Rented a property from them that was in an appalling and dirty state, with mould growing all over the walls and a carpet that had never been cleaned in its 20yr lifetime, and bathroom tiles that were yellow with grime, and that was the tip of the iceberg, Yet they had listed all these things in their inventory as "Good Condition - Clean" (Inspection carried out by themselves of course) and it was simply not true... Had to pay a professional cleaner to bring the house into a livable standard at my own expense...<br><br>When it came to leaving the property, they demanded large cleaning bills claiming the property had been left dirty, which again - was not true... Property was left in a higher standard that passed to us.<br>It's clear all they do, is hand you a property and list everything as perfect, then when you leave list everything as imperfect and demand money for it.<br><br>Crooks, liars and thieves... Avoid being robbed by these agents.

The sellers had an internal family dispute leaving the sale dragging on for 6 months, we finally completed with 1 day to go until our morgage offer ran out. Throughout this time Vicky and team were always available to answer questions, relay messages to the seller on the urgency, we were kept in the loop of the whole process.<br>Big thank you to Vicky & Lenny, Hannah is now moved in and loving her new home
