They have been extremely helpful and approachable throughout my purchase and I would certainly recommend them anybody who is entering the house market. R & H were brilliant in advising very precisely on price, which they got just right, and explaining the process. Their brochure was good. They sold the property for us pre-auction, at above the reserve. They were professional throughout and what was most important, always kept us in touch.

He responded quickly and proved to be a dynamic force in coordinating communication between all parties and solicitors. In addition, we found Perry to be a very likeable and friendly guy, whichever added support and confidence throughout. I would highly recommend Symonds and Greenaway. The whole team were helpful and in particular Perry was with us all the way and cannot thank him enough.
