10th Dec 2025 (14 weeks ago)Bad experience of this agent. In the past, made offers which were not responded to/acknowledged for weeks. Poor communication between the office staff. They have a number of properties for sale with "overage" provisions - a lot of estate agents are not keen to sell these types of property due to the significant stress, hassle and legal complications for buyers and sellers. I would never sell my property through Peter Leete. There are other more reputable, professional estate agents in Grayshott to choose from.

The marketing was superb, the level of care is unmatched and they have such a heart for the village. We will miss living here but we would highly recommend Chapplins to anyone looking to buy or sell properties in the area. 19th Dec 2025 (13 weeks ago)They had exactly the right balance being freindly and not " pushy " The lead up to exchange with 5 in the Chain was really unpleasant but they were always on the end of the phone and Toby personally waded in at 4PM on the last working day for solicitors on Friday the 19th to push the exchange through. Anyone can handle an easy transaction it's the really difficult ones that show proper customer service.

From start to finish she was incredibly efficient, professional and proactive in handling the letting of my property. Jade kept me fully informed throughout the entire process and made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and straightforward. Her communication was excellent, she dealt with everything promptly and her knowledge of the market and attention to detail really stood out. Thanks to Jade’s hard work, my property was let quickly and the whole process was handled with complete professionalism. It’s clear she genuinely cares about delivering a great service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jade and the team at Gascoigne Pees to anyone looking for a reliable and professional letting service. Thank you again for all your help!
20th Feb 2026 (26 days ago)The property was on the market for a year, during a slow market. Their original price was high but probably more accurate of a property in their core area of Liphook. But over the time I saw their knowledge often area grow with a dedicated contact. As a shift working they worked with me on email and that suited me fine.
1st Dec 2025 (15 weeks ago)Credit where it's due. Despite a slow market, Serena never gave up helping us try to find somewhere, even when I was calling 3 times a day. There's a reason why most homes in this area are sold through Seymour's.

Right from the start, she was so professional and we felt she had a very sound and realistic take on the housing market rather than trying to put the house on at the highest possible price. Right through the selling process, she was always really friendly, helpful and profressional, as were the KF team of ladies doing the viewings. Many thanks to you all for all your sterling work!
