A faultless service from Homes Lettings. Emily could not have been more helpful, she guided us through the process of letting out our annex flat and did everything in arranging the tenancy agreement and legal requirements.

I have just sold my house and bought another both through Homes in Liphook. My sale was very difficult with a lot of problems that needed resolving. Both Kevin and Ross have been fantastic to deal with keeping me informed regularly and going above and beyond to push the sale through. I cannot commend enough Kevin in homes estates , from the initial contact and friendly support to his caring attitude throughout selling my parents house. He has given regular updates on the situation and followed this through to completion , an exceptionally professional courteous man that really cares about his customers. I have been so impressed with the letting office of Homes at Liphook. It is so rare to find great customer service these days but this team offer it! My initial contact with Lewis the Manager was excellent. He offered advice on what rental I could expect and the services they offered. I was then introduced to the fantastic Gemma who really is outstanding. She showed numerous people around my property, keeping me informed at all times and offering clear, impartial advice on suitable tenants. At one stage, when one of my alarms went off, she even went to the property to change the battery! Thank you Gemma for going above and beyond. Finally, Charlotte, who ensured that all remaining paperwork was completed efficiently and properly, without which the tenancy could not have proceeded. Thank you all! I have been extremely impressed with Homes Letting my property after using another agent for many years. Particular thanks goes to Lewis for brokering the deal and Gemma for diligently showing tenants round the house and being thorough in her feedback and objective assessment. The impression they give is that they have your best interest in mind, and are as keen to find the best tenant as they can, rather than the quickest or easiest. Although the tenant hasn’t moved in yet, everything is remarkably good so far.

We were told lies by the agent, who would also never bother to email.or call back. We were also told false information about our neighbors property and reasons for discrepancy between two almost identical flats and a 30k difference in price. Handled really poorly and cancelled contact with them straight away as did the neighbors.

I used Homes lettings department for a second 'tenant find' and will be using them for ongoing property management now that the property is let. It took four weeks from the previous tenant vacating to a new one moving in- not bad in the scheme of things. It was, however, a lot more costly than the previous 'tenant find' because the rules relating to what incoming tenants can be charged for have changed- at the Landlord's expense!.
All of Homes staff were very attentive and responsive, kept me informed and explained the process extremely clearly. The viewings, referencing and tenancy paperwork were dealt with very efficiently. One disappointment was the credentials of the applicants- all of whom had credit issues or some kind of referencing complication.
I am yet to see how Homes perform as property managers as they have not performed this function for me before

I dealt with Ben initially and then Leo and Ellie who saw my sale through and managed it in an exemplary manner. There is none of the usual poor service and excuses that I have experienced from other estate agents. Awful experience. I turned up to my first ever viewing of a property and the agent didnt turn up so I phoned the agency and after 5 times, I finally got through. I was told that they didnt have any viewings for the property scheduled despite the fact that I had a comfirmation email. The lady on the phone said it could be due to the fact the property has now been letted out. I asked why I wasnt notified to which she said that the agent should have contacted everyone but must have forgotten me. She said its probably due to them being less busy in December and now they are rushed off their feet. She said she felt bad for me. She gave me no apology. I had driven to that property and paid for parking for no reason and was left completely disappointed and cross. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
