From the very first viewing, Gill and Naomi made me feel comfortable, supported and valued. There was no pressure, no sales tactics, just genuine people who cared about helping both buyers and sellers through what can be one of the most stressful experiences in life. One of the best things they encouraged me to do was meet the seller of my new home. At the time I didn't realise how valuable that would be, but it turned out to be one of the most helpful parts of the entire process. It gave me confidence in the purchase, meant I had someone I could contact if I had any questions about the house, and we've actually become friends.
