Great communication also, from Layla, keeping us updated regularly, even when our selling agent and solicitors, both of whom we were paying, couldn't seem to communicate with anyone at all, until they were chased. Wainwrights guided us through 8 months of sheer hell, at no cost to us, as the buyers. Why is it so difficult to buy a house in 2026 ? I'm sure it was easier with quill and ink !
