She is professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and always happy to help with any questions or concerns. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she made the whole letting process smooth and stress-free.<br><br>Eve kept me informed every step of the way, responded quickly to messages, and genuinely cared about providing excellent service. The team were supportive and helpful throughout and the communication was really great to keep me up dated on the process and progress. This overall process is never without stress but they played their part in making it as smooth as possible.

Living over in Poland, I was a bit nervous about how things would go, but regular updates and friendly advice really put my mind at ease.<br>It meant a lot to be kept informed every step of the way, especially since this was my first time selling a house in England. I truly appreciated your patience in explaining all the details and making sure I understood what was happening.<br>Thanks for being so professional, helpful, and supportive from start to finish. 23rd Jun 2026 (12 days ago)My estate agent ghosted me!<br><br>I listed my two-bed flat for sale with Melissa Berry in May. It was my first time selling a property, and thankfully Melissa seemed helpful and friendly at the valuation, although she did seem to take my lead on pricing the property rather than guiding me towards a price that she thought would be a best fit. A couple of weeks later she came to take photos – and that was, sadly, the last I saw or heard of her.<br><br>The property had been on the market for a couple of weeks when I emailed to check in, and asked whether there’d been any interest. I did get a reply from a sales agent called Geraldine, saying that someone was interested in viewing the property but wouldn’t be able to visit for a couple of weeks; I replied straight away with my availability and asked what sort of time the viewing would go ahead. No response.<br><br>A week later, I emailed again to ask if the viewing was going ahead. Again, I was ignored. I tried calling, and left messages. Finally, after waiting another week, I emailed one last time to say that I was going to list the flat with another agent and asking Melissa/Geraldine to remove it from their listings. I expected a reply to that, at least – but instead they quietly took the property off their website, again without replying to my email.<br><br>I wasted over a month trying to work with Melissa Berry, only to be completely ghosted and treated as though I didn’t exist. Whether it was something I said or the business has just taken on more clients than it can handle, I recommend avoiding them unless you enjoy the silent treatment: there are plenty of other agencies out there.- 22nd Jun 2026 (13 days ago)Lisa was a great help when i needed to sell a property . 24th Jun 2026 (11 days ago)Dealing with the Staff at Entwistle Green, Bolton has been an absolute pleasure. I contacted them via Right-move to request a viewing of a Flat for renting. The Staff arranged the viewing promptly and met me at the property right on time. The Flat met all my requirements so I advised their Representative that I wished to proceed with the Rental letting. I Contacted their staff at the office at Bolton to pay the holding fee and this went really smoothly. The Staff then sent me a Keysafe Rental Vetting on-line form which I completed and the Staff advised me straight away That my application had been approved and that the rental of the flat would proceed as soon as possible. The whole Transaction has gone really well thanks to all the help I have received from the excellent staff at Entwistle Green, Bolton.

Absolutely no regrets as the team are proactive, fair, and friendly too?? We are at ease when it comes to the portfolio they manage being managed properly... So a BiG Thank-You to Zoe Jackson (There are Two Zoe's) as she is our direct line and property manager, however the full team really are friendly and knowledgeable, so great to deal with..??????

I had communication issues and delays with my own solicitors, other solicitors and other estate agents but never with Colleen at Eric Clarke. She was proactive, helpful and went above and beyond to keep me in the loop and give other members of the chain a nudge when needed. Would absolutely recommend to others!

We switched our listing from another agent and wish we'd gone with Keenans from the start. The team listened to us, acted as we'd requested and it felt very much like they had the best intention for us in mind, and were on our side.<br><br>Our purchase process became quite complicated and drawn out, however, Harry was superb. Patient and understanding, helpful and a phenomenal representative for the business.<br><br>Many thanks to everyone involved with us.<br><br>I would strongly recommend Keenans for anyone looking for a service that cares!
